Thursday at 12:37 p.m. on December 5, 2024 our visit to Ethyl’s Smokehouse restaurant located 8505 Veterans Memorial O’Fallon, Missouri was a good experience! The server was nice and very attentive. Thank You!! We are from out of state and we wanted a good burger and we got one! It was DELICIOUS! There little wait time. I would definitely recommend this location to other customers! When we are in the area again, we will stop by to enjoy the DELICIOUS food and service!

Ethyl’s gives small town, retro, country bar with good BBQ and bar food. The space looks great for the summer - has an outdoor volleyball court and playground! - and is also cozy for the winter.
The food was good! My mom ordered a salad, grandma had the pulled pork plate, my dad got the nachos and I ordered a cheeseburger. My dad is a repeat customer and really likes their nachos. As it was my first time, I can say that on a burger scale this was a solid one....
