I did an online order. You guys deserve a kiss on the cheek frl. Remembered my red pepper flakes and parmesan, gave me a bunch of it. The alfredo is on point!! Mushrooms and broccoli made to perfection!!! Lovely cheesecake, like how you put strawberry sauce on the side.

Had carryout. Pasta was good, but they must of had someone from Olive Garden doing the bread sticks. They were terrible, no butter or garlic on them.

Update 05/27/25 Stopped in wanted to get lunch again. Came in, and there were no breadsticks even in the window. Once they brought them up. They are visibly not appealing. They look dry and almost burnt on the top. They don't have the buttery melt in your mouth look that Fazolis usually has. This location is definitely doing something wrong with their breadsticks. My lunch will be elsewhere today. 05/06/25 Very disappointing visit to this location. Ordered a side of sauce for $1.99 plus ordered extra cheese and sauce in my meal for an additional $1.50. When the food was brought to my table the side sauce was not there. The lady said it was put in my dish. I said no I paid for it. She said it was fine she would bring some to me. Then I got two little clear cups of sauce. Not the container of sauce that I paid for. The breadsticks were absolutely horrible. They were hard and dry. Like maybe they forgot to put some butter on or maybe the oven was set too high. Even told them I wanted a fresh batch not from the window that were visually dry. Even the new ones were like that. Usually the breadsticks melt in your mouth and have flavor. These had no flavor at all. Very disappointed.

The staff were friendly, the food was hot and amazing, and the place was super clean. Stopped in for a meal while traveling back to Chicago from Louisiana and decided to dine inside. I have been to other Fazoli’s but this location was just pure perfection. Great job with this location and the staff!
