People waiting over an hour to get their food. Continued to keep taking orders knowing they could accommodate. Once people got their food the orders were wrong and food cold. Manager yelling at the two workers completely unprofessional. We ended up leaving without our food because we couldnt wait any longer and was never refunded. We will never go back again.

I had never been to Five Guys before this visit. When I went into this store the first thing I noticed was the music. It was too loud and it made me want to turn around and leave immediately. The cashier was obviously done with his day and just wanted it to be over. They took my order, and I need to say $22 for a burger and a small frie with no drink is asinine. They were relatively quick to get me my food, but it wasn't fast enough because holy crap did I want to be anywhere else. Overall, I'm never going back to a Five Guy's. Partly because of the general atmosphere, mostly because the prices are insane.

I haven’t ordered Five Guys in a very long time since the last time my order was picked up but never delivered. So against my better judgment I tried again today and one of the bacon cheeseburgers shows up with no meat or cheese only condiments which were on the wrong sandwich. One was actually made with cheese but had the wrong condiments on it. Definitely learned my lesson and won’t be spending anymore money here; 36 dollars is just to much money to be wasting for it to not show up or show up messed up.

They have Falls advertisement, I cam at 9:25 pm but they were closed, this hours on the door is from 11am - 10pm and I talked the person who was in he told me we closed but I told him your sign on the door at 10pm , he didn’t like what I said and he won’t let me in, I will never go there again.
