Love there California style combo bc you can also ask for grilled onions. Reminds me of In & Out in a way. Don't forget the Jalapeno sauce has a light spice and amazing flavor. I gave them a 4 star only bc some of the workers smelled like Mary Jane and that's unprofessional to me.

11/20/24, almost every Wednesday I have lunch at Freddy’s, today and last Wednesday fries were not good. What they do is put 3/4 barely warm fries and 1/4 fresh fries. I hate to complain about something so stupid. It’s not what I paid for. I told the manager about the issue. Hopefully he will handle the issue. This could explain why at noon to 2pm there not busy.

i was eating and found a hair in my fries didn't even offer a refund just offered to remake my fries. people in the back need to wear hair nets and stop this from happening again because nun of the workers wore any type of hair nets .

No one to take orders in drive thru, pull up to window to place order, employees looked at me ignored myself and other driver behind me. This isn't the first time. Tried calling store no answer. This wasn't even rush hour. Not worth the return to an establishment that doesn't care about it's business.

We come here every so often and the food is always good. They tend to do fundraising with my child's school also, which I like.

Onions a burger were not on the bread bread smashed like someone was mad horrible never going back

Definitely not worth one star!! Ordered in the drive thru 5:07pm. Spent almost $30.00 for two meals. I think I could have got a better meal at McDonald’s!!! Yuck
Place order and drove to window. Did not get greeted for 5 or so minutes. When the kid came in to sight he was playing on his phone. Took my money and gave me a concrete that was pretty well melted. Then handed me my change and bag of food. He did ask if I would like ketchup and I said yes please (just a couple). So he put something in the bag and then started making my soda. Kind of backwards.
On to the food….fries were fresh but had been fried in old grease and tasted like fish. The burgers were cold and the cheese was dried to the burgers. I believe between two burgers there was a whole onion!!! Buns were stale and instead of ketchup in the bag it was jalapeño sauce.
Fries and burgers had so much seasoning we could not eat the food. This was so disappointing. We love Freddy’s.
The worst food I have ever had and not impressed by the service. Seems like the workers that Monday evening certainly did not care about doing a good job for anyone!!!

Hamburger buns don't hold the hamburger patties and fall apart when you pick them up. $3.49 for an order of onion rings and you get just 6 rings. Food was overpriced for what you get. Guy filling the ice cream machine with no gloves, no mask, no hairnet all while hanging over the top of the machine. Gross. Better option out there.

People screaming at each other on the intercom. Guy who took my order was so high, he barely knew what day it was. Ignored every request, didn’t give me utensils or napkins. Just overall a dog water location.

Very friendly folks here. I love the atmosphere. The food is fantastic, too. The only think I've ever had that I didn't really care for was the new grilled cheese steak burger. The fries are always perfect, the onion rings even better! The new tater tots are also hard to beat. Top it off with a chocolate frozen custard and you've got a win!!!

0 stars if i could, place is run by idiots. we got dog trash food made by even worse people. they handed the wrong bag back and forth between several people, and we ended up with it. save yourself the trouble.

I didn't go in but the food was good. My husband said the chili dog reminded him of steak and shake back when it was good.
