DO NOT GO INSIDE! Their exhaust fan has been broken for a long time and the workers say their ownership will not have it fixed. They need to be held accountable it is a horrible experience to dine here. The floors are disgusting and it looks like a forgotten franchise. Food was ok for what it is but everything else was red flags.

2 stars because the desserts were fine. The service is absolutely the slowest I have ever encountered at a place with a drive thru. Pulled up just a hair after 7:30pm. 4-5 cars ahead. I did not pull away until 8:15pm. We ordered 1 mini concrete & 1 mini sundae. The franchisee that owns this location should be ashamed at how poorly they run this place.

Tables were all dirty. It was very smoky as though they didn't have the exhaust hand on in the kitchen. Cashier wasn't very helpful in clarifying things when we were asking questions.

We waited over 40 minutes for our food and the restaurant was not busy. One of the meals was fine, but the other two were cold/didn't come out as ordered. We didn't turn it back as by this point, we were starving, but we won't be back. The restaurant was medium clean, bathrooms obviously weren't checked regularly and trash hadn't been taken out in hours.

It is actually a clean place , the burger is actually good and the shake is not bad , but I will still prefer Stake and Shake

People who work here are extremely unfriendly. Not asking for much just don’t be annoyed when I asked about my mobile order. Website said 5-10min and it has been about 20min. You could at least smile when you say look on the rack or they are still working on it.

Waiting over 30 minutes for my food that I never got. The workers I guess forgot my order. Got a refund and they showed zero remorse. While I waiting for over 30 minutes inside I noticed how disgusting the place is. The tables were all sticky. The soda machine was covers in some nasty mold looking stuff. I will never go to this place again.

This one's on me. I shouldn't have e went back. This time I waited 3rd in line for 20 minutes. I thought my order seemed expensive. I asked her to confirm. 2 cheeseburgers, a cheese fry and an orange frost. She confirmed, yes that's the order. This person, apparently doesnt know the difference between a single a double. My orange frost was completely melted. They told me they could add whipped cream. I said no thanks, that's not how you fix melted ice cream.

I got a double cheeseburger and a small concrete. It was 14.00, which is insane for 2 items. (Yes, i know about inflation, but this is fast food.) The concrete was super small, more like a kids size. The cheeseburger was soaked in wettness, which i can only assume was grease. It tasted like a white castle burger bun. The top of the burger was drenched in mustard. Overall, not a good food experience.
