Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This one's on me. I shouldn't have e went back. This time I waited 3rd in line for 20 minutes. I thought my order seemed expensive. I asked her to confirm. 2 cheeseburgers, a cheese fry and an orange frost. She confirmed, yes that's the order. This person, apparently doesnt know the difference between a single a double. My orange frost was completely melted. They told me they could add whipped cream. I said no thanks, that's not how you fix melted ice cream.

I got a double cheeseburger and a small concrete. It was 14.00, which is insane for 2 items. (Yes, i know about inflation, but this is fast food.) The concrete was super small, more like a kids size. The cheeseburger was soaked in wettness, which i can only assume was grease. It tasted like a white castle burger bun. The top of the burger was drenched in mustard. Overall, not a good food experience.

Good food fast service

I just sat in the drive-through for 40 minutes. There were two cars in front of me. One of them got fed up and left after 30 minutes that left me and one car I finally got to the window. It took them 10 more minutes to give me my food. The french fries and cheese curds were well overcooked. The burgers were dry. I didn’t get this until after I paid them $31 I asked for a manager her name was Abby. She didn’t apologize. She just said they had a mixup in orders and I said that took 40 minutes really Don’t ever go to Miss Freddy’s and Highway K there’s a Culver’s right down the street I will never go to Freddy’s again.

We went through drive through. It took a minute but was prepared to order, hot and delicious!

Extremely slow drive-thru, weird social interaction from the employee at the window, fries and burger were dry and terrible, and no napkins were included. The custard was decent but you get more for your money at nearby competitors. Freddy's can be good but this location does not meet the mark.

Do better Freddy’s, your restaurant was filthy- we probably will not be back.

Love there California style combo bc you can also ask for grilled onions. Reminds me of In & Out in a way. Don't forget the Jalapeno sauce has a light spice and amazing flavor. I gave them a 4 star only bc some of the workers smelled like Mary Jane and that's unprofessional to me.

11/20/24, almost every Wednesday I have lunch at Freddy’s, today and last Wednesday fries were not good. What they do is put 3/4 barely warm fries and 1/4 fresh fries. I hate to complain about something so stupid. It’s not what I paid for. I told the manager about the issue. Hopefully he will handle the issue. This could explain why at noon to 2pm there not busy.

i was eating and found a hair in my fries didn't even offer a refund just offered to remake my fries. people in the back need to wear hair nets and stop this from happening again because nun of the workers wore any type of hair nets .

No one to take orders in drive thru, pull up to window to place order, employees looked at me ignored myself and other driver behind me. This isn't the first time. Tried calling store no answer. This wasn't even rush hour. Not worth the return to an establishment that doesn't care about it's business.

We come here every so often and the food is always good. They tend to do fundraising with my child's school also, which I like.
