Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We love Freddy’s but don’t go to this location. We corrected the guy twice on what meals we ordered and sauces. WE LITERALLY GOT 2 OF THE EXACT SAME MEALS. Both the completely wrong and no sauce. One of the other workers even had to come to the window and had to ask us what drinks we got?? Like I said, we absolutely love Freddy’s but that was ridiculous. Extremely disappointed.

Ok the customer service was amazing but why the heck was my burger and FRIES undercooked seriously the burger had all pink on the inside . And I literally had fries that was cold bro . Like freezer cold I thought I was being pranked . No, seriously it was so bad then I went inside to try and get a refund and the guy behind the counter said he forgot “ to make sure “ my fries were done ? Like huh? lol but the frozen desert was great. lol

patty melt had no sauce, more onions than beef and the chicken in the chicken sandwich was chewy. They didn't even fill my soda cup all the way. Won't be going back.

Employees were sitting in a car smoking weed on Saturday, Jan 24th late afternoon. Someone needs to drug test the minors working there. Smells bad around the restaurant. Yuck.

My to-go order was made just right. Food was hot and delicious! The staff member checked on me right away when I walked in, and I love how neatly packaged everything was.

I asked for fry sauce. I did not receive any fry sauce, 3 different sauces i did not receive. my burger is incredibly soggy and flat. the cheese sauce is very thin and presented with lots of bubbles inside. overall i would rate this experience a 2/10 and will not be back

Food was good. Staff friendly .Atmosphere was cold, it was 26° outside so I guess that's why it was cold in there. I went to use the women's bathroom and it was like a freezer in there. There was two stalls and each stall was supposed to have two rolls of toilet paper, there was absolutely no toilet paper in either of them. Not good.

Good food. Busy place with drive thru and restaurant dining. Hard working employees. I like the fries and steak sandwiches.

My wife and I decided to order hamburger and fries I got them home there was so much salt on our food it was inedible
