Ordered at the drive thru. Got home and two double cheese burgers were missing. Husband went back and they gave us the missing food however pretty disappointing they didn't give us any partial credit/refund or replace the fries that were now cold from having to go back.

If you end up coming after 9pm on Saturday you’ll get a rude employee on the drive thru that acts like you’re the biggest inconvenience ever. Not to mention waiting 40 minutes with only two cars in front of you.

The ice scream and food was okay, but do not walk into the bathroom! There was toilet paper on the sticky floor and it was very dirty. There were flies throughout the entire place. Some of the workers were nice and some were not friendly at all.

Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before anyone even took my order. When I pulled around to the window I actually got my food pretty quickly. The fries were cold and my shake was not ready so I ended up being at the window for about 5 minutes. When I finally got my shake it was so thick I couldn’t even drink it. I’m pretty sure they just mixed up chocolate custard and handed it to me. I had to drive up the street to Fritz’s to get a proper shake. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here. I would not recommend.

By the time I ordered and picked up the food at the window it took 25/30 minutes. There were only 3 cars in front of me. It should not take that long.
