Extremely rude and obnoxious employees. I really don't know why they are in business with all the competition in the area. Driving away business like that doesn't make any sense. I stepped up to the window to place my order and the young employee looked at me and slammed the window in my face and stared at me. If you happen to see this place drive right by and go down the street to the other custard places. It looks really nice and clean and a place to stop and get a custard. If you can get through the rudeness of the employees the custard might be good. I walked away with the employees were laughing at me.

This is a good custard place, but could be a fantastic one. I come here and they always close about 28 minutes early. If not 30 minutes early. Kind of selective on who they let have the asked ice cream but you know it goes I guess. Really tasty ice cream, I would frequent a lot more if they would keep it open till actual clothes.

Used to be our favorite place then we moved away. When we are town, we'll visit, but this visit sucked for us. We ordered 4 ice creams and they got them wrong. Missing ingredients, and wrong ingredients in our concretes. I double checked the receipt to make sure he heard us right and it was rang in correctly. They just didn't pay enough attention when making them. Maybe the next visit will be better.

We got home and realized we were charged $18.92 (with no receipt) for a small Turtle concrete and a small vanilla cone??? No matter how great the custard was, that price leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

ordered 3 simple things - was charged wrong price that was on overhead menu , when questioning the employee manager he said " oh yeah, those prices are cheaper than what we charge for some stuff". thought menu price was the price all get charged ? how many others also got ripped off but didn't question it is my immediate thought? if they didn't question it yep ! got ripped also. also - messed up all three items and did not listen to order given the first time and it was about as simple as they get! most important, all three employees didn't say thanks one time or offer to fix the issues when brought up horrible service it was like we were irritating them by questioning their screw ups. been in o'fallon 15 years , just lost our business. too expensive also will be glad to leave it behind forever. I will say this only applies to the o'fallon MO location on evening of aug 28th i have had good luck at other Fritzs around st louis

The tastes are very good but one should never be asked by a credit card scanner to tip *before* a service is provided -- especially when you go to the counter to order and go again to pick it up yourself. Therefore, one star subtracted.

I would give it five stars because it is literally the best ice cream in town, but the blonde running the Togo is very pushy about being tipped and makes paying difficult.

If you’re going to have the audacity to ask for a tip for handing an ice cream through a window, keep that same energy to at least say thank you when you’re given one. The concrete was half melted but still tasted amazing as usual.
