This was the best I’ve had from any Imos maybe ever. Also used the fundraising card which is awesome too. Girl at the out window was awesome too. Great job Winghaven Imos.

Avoid this location! Placed an order online for delivery, was estimated to arrive between 40-50 minutes. After 60 minutes I started using their pizza tracker and still no updates. After 70 minutes I called the store to check on the order. After waiting 3 minutes for them to answer their phone, I was told they didn’t have my order in their system, and they rudely insinuated I ordered from a different location when my receipt clearly stated the Winghaven location. When I continued to question about my order, she eventually found it and said it just went out for delivery and would be another 15 minutes, and hung up. When the order arrived the one pizza was completed charred, and barely edible, and all the food was ice cold. Beyond disappointed for $80 for pizza! We won’t be ordering from this location again. I will drive out of my way and bypass delivery to go to a different location.

The sausage patty on my sandwich was badly undercooked, totally unsafe to eat, still pink and cold when I took a bite. Service was also lacking as the person at the counter didn't hand me my full order, I had to circle back and request the rest of my food. Not sure what happened to Imo's at this location, we used to order from this location 2 or 3 times a month. We will never order from this location again.

I ordered a turkey club. The lettuce and tomatoes that I had ordered were missing. The pkg was leaking pickle juice by the time I got to the car because a huge dollop of pickles with juice were just thrown into the container aside the sandwich and the container was not closing. The rest of the add ons appeared to be just thrown onto one spot rather than distributed onto the sandwich. I saw no other customers there, so it did not appear to be a busy time

I placed the order online. The store is one mile from the location I was at. The food was cold. I paid 40 bucks for one box of cold food. I'm guessing because it was 27° out.And your delivery driver just carried it to the car without a bag.And brought it to me without a heat bag. Your food is entirely too expensive to be delivered cold a mile away. Do better.
He didn't give me my change ($4). But the good was good.

I ordered a pizza around 5:30 today (11/26) and it did not taste good at all. i asked for light cheese and my pizza was in fact not light cheese. I also ordered bacon on my pizza and it seems like the just dumped a handful of bacon on only one side. Do better. These pizzas are not cheap.

never got my my food dont bother ordering from here i ordered at 8:30 and i called twice after 2 hours when i finally drove up there they locked the doors at 10:30 when they supposingly close at 11 and just stared at me through the door never order here they are awful dont waste your time or money
