I'm guessing because it was 27° out.And your delivery driver just carried it to the car without a bag.And brought it to me without a heat bag. Your food is entirely too expensive to be delivered cold a mile away. Do better.

I ordered a pizza around 5:30 today (11/26) and it did not taste good at all. i asked for light cheese and my pizza was in fact not light cheese. I also ordered bacon on my pizza and it seems like the just dumped a handful of bacon on only one side. Do better. These pizzas are not cheap.

never got my my food dont bother ordering from here i ordered at 8:30 and i called twice after 2 hours when i finally drove up there they locked the doors at 10:30 when they supposingly close at 11 and just stared at me through the door never order here they are awful dont waste your time or money

I'm from St. Louis and the infamous Toasted Ravioli was invented here! Also PROVEL CHEESE! I even and especially live there Lunch Special that cubes with a small ? and a ? and the House dressing. ??
Vegetarian options: Well it is a build your own ? so vegetarians love it too especially the salads omg.
Parking: Right out front of the building and handicapped ?️ as well
Kid-friendliness: The staff is kind and young so they interact with the kiddos and make them party if the Imos experience.

I live in Lake St. Louis and I drive to this IMOs location. The pizza is always great. It’s my go to.
Been coming to Imos for decades. The bacon pizza is unrivaled. (Even though the prices are hilarious for a factory made crust and super cheap provel cheese). I remain a loyal fan.Had to try the new Red Hot Riplet wings. Boy I haven’t been so disappointed in a long time. These puppies are SO salty that they’re genuinely inedible. I’m not a wuss when it comes to salt either - I’m not just being a negative Nancy. I ate one of these and it felt like I was under attack. My body went into fight or flight. This was a cool gimmick and I’m sure thousands of people went to try them today for the novelty. It’s possible that I just got an over-seasoned batch but I will likely never try them again to find out. Yikes.0.5/10 Clucks only because the chicken meat, itself, was fine

And indeed, he went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I ordered an extra large pizza, half chicken and half pineapple with extra sauce, cooked well done, and I must say, it hit the spot perfectly. I'd give it an 8.0 out of 10! Jr's dedication to ensuring that I got exactly what I was craving for, and his commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, truly sets the Winghaven location apart. His confidence and skill in assuring me that I would enjoy the pizza just as much as I did at the other locations was commendable.The pizza was not only delicious but also reflected the care and attention to detail that went into making it. Parking: Huge lot but the drive thru pizza window is super convenient. Not sure why google is asking me about the parking lot though. It’s a lot that has plenty of spaces to park in. Pretty great concept.
