Hour's are wrong, they were closed before 10 when Hour's say 11pm close time so I wasted my time and money driving to this location. Imoes, and I mean all the Imoes have gone down hill, and for the price they ask for their pizzas this place will be closed soon. You can't even update your Hour's then whoever runs you're basic internet functions such as posting Hour's is incompetent. Do better.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with pepperoncinis. The pepperoncinis were not on the sandwich they were whole and on the side and not sliced. They were on the side. And the chicken was in small pieces instead of a whole piece of chicken. Did not appreciate this. Overall a terrible sandwich that fell apart with every bite.

When we went there I ordered my pizza and the guy who took my order and said I will find out when your pizza will be done and he asked the guys who were making the pizza and they said in a very RUDE way said I don't know when it will be ready, it will be ready when it's ready and he was yelling it. I will never go back to that IMO'S again. All of the employees need more training

My order is supposed to been ready to be picked up at 7:30 Small Mall meat pizza and I got a cheese bread got there at 7:27 and set there till 7:54 and finally got my food

Pizza taste like cardboard, mushrooms taste terrible and not enough cheese, service was a joke. 5 people working and only 1 really working. Imo's used to be my all time favorite, it has gone to the dog's. So disappointed ☹️☹️.
