Was on a small trip with my family stopped in to have dinner and had excellent service from the staff in the dining room restaurant was really clean and when there was a issue with a meal I received the staff went above and beyond to make it right I really could have not had a better experience we will definitely visit it again

Went to get breakfast 30 minutes after being opened and the doors were locked. Went to the drive through and got no response. Not even a “one moment please” only to find other people were waiting in line. I just left and went somewhere else. Ridiculous and lazy

Not sure how this location is still in business at this point. Second time pulling up to the drive thru and waiting 15 minutes with no cars pulling forward. Watched maybe a dozen cars give up and leave the line each time as did I eventually. Previous visits to this Jack in the Box used to be pretty solid. Service was always decent and the food had been fairly consistently hot and fresh. Kinda hard if you literally cannot even get an order in. Won't be back for awhile. Maybe try again in a few months and see if they're open at all by then.

So I was having a terrible Friday morning. I tried to get breakfast from two other places and was not served in anything even approaching a reasonable time. I went to this Jack in the Box, and I didn't have very high expectations. I was proven wrong. I had tacos and a Jumbo Jack for breakfast. That may have been the best Jumbo Jack I've ever had, and the tacos were great. I know it's just a fast food meal, but honestly, it turned my entire day around with just a smile, good service, and delicious food. Thank you!

My wife and grandkids came to this store to have a meal while visiting from an area w no JitB on 3/1/25 There was no other people inside so we cam in and ordered. We waited literally 34 minutes for our food. No one checked on us the whole time. There was constant profanity coming from the kitchen. When we finally got our food I asked abt a discount or refund for the Looong wait. I was told to come.back the next day when the manager was there. We left the next morning for home so stopping by was not an option. The guy in line behind me who had ordered an online order asked to talk to a manager and was tole there was no manager there... watch dinner video. Look for me (big beard) my wife and two 8 yr Olds. This experience was ridiculous!!

I went to this Jack in the Box after my shift at another fast food restaurant, and I can tell you from experience, you are NOT supposed to act how these service workers did. When we got to the speaker, the employee had an overall attitude. Coming to the present window, she told us the total, but other than that didn’t say a single word, and gave me attitude when I asked if they took tap-to-pay. I even told her to have a good night, and she didn’t even look at me. The food tasted fine, but it took forever to get to the window. I understand being understaffed, but the way this restaurant was represented by the employees was terrible. Hopefully IF there’s a next time, I will get treated with better service.

They had 1 order to work on. 3 employees whooping it up... laughing, howling..... our order was wrong. We were the only people there. Ridiculous. They couldn't get a simple order for 2 correct. Will never go back
