DEFINITELY DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING before pulling away if you come here!!!! I went through drive-through this morning; I ordered two bacon, ultimate cheeseburgers; The burgers were gray!!! & still cold!!!! That’s truly NOT okay!!! They were absolutely not cooked. I was already too far away by the time we got to the burgers - or I would have turned around and got my money back. This is not the first time that something like this has happened either, but it definitely will be the last.

Time and time again, this location has some of the absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced. About 20 minutes ago I left what felt like the most miserable person I’ve experienced yet. I’m ALWAYS kind to people in customer service especially, but this woman was so rude I couldn't believe it. It’s not hard to do the bare minimum, but this didn’t even scratch the surface as a kind encounter. It’s tempting to not even come back because of it.

This location is a complete joke at this point. I have lived near by for years and it has only gone down hill. Food is terribly made but that's only if your willing to wait an eternity. The best is when you wait in drive thru and someone says five minutes later there closed and it's over an hr before there actually closed.

Was on a small trip with my family stopped in to have dinner and had excellent service from the staff in the dining room restaurant was really clean and when there was a issue with a meal I received the staff went above and beyond to make it right I really could have not had a better experience we will definitely visit it again

Uber eats order was great except for drink mix up.
We ordered food at the drive-up Monday evening. Service was fast and very friendly. Everything was 100% spot on. Very nice experience.

Went to get breakfast 30 minutes after being opened and the doors were locked. Went to the drive through and got no response. Not even a “one moment please” only to find other people were waiting in line. I just left and went somewhere else. Ridiculous and lazy

Not sure how this location is still in business at this point. Second time pulling up to the drive thru and waiting 15 minutes with no cars pulling forward. Watched maybe a dozen cars give up and leave the line each time as did I eventually. Previous visits to this Jack in the Box used to be pretty solid. Service was always decent and the food had been fairly consistently hot and fresh. Kinda hard if you literally cannot even get an order in. Won't be back for awhile. Maybe try again in a few months and see if they're open at all by then.
