Horrible place. I’ve tried going twice this week and wasn’t able to get food because apparently they close at 11:30 when it clearly says 12. This last time the boy took the person in front of me order and then completely ignored me when I tried to make my order. I then pulled up to the window and asked to speak to a manager or team leader and I was told that no one was there. This company is losing bussiness and it’s because there employees don’t do there job correctly. Would not recommend. Go to another location these people are lazy. I’ve never seen such a disgrace in one bussiness. Do better or leave it’s that simple.

Jack in the Box really stretches the definition of Fast Food. Slowest fast food and not just this location. Yeesh.

I usually never write a google review unless it’s good but in this case…yikes… We sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before someone helped us, after they took our order we continued to sit in line for another 13 minutes. we got our food just for it to be wrong. i go inside to get the rest of my missing order just to see a man standing there that they made eye contact with and continued to ignore him!! until the girl at the window saw i had came back she helped both of us. As im waiting for the rest of my order there’s a 13 year old boy in the back who is cussing like a sailor, it made the environment terrible, when the situation already sucked. the girl was the only one maybe trying to do her job. The food sucked i hate to be so harsh. be warned you’re time will be wasted 💔

Waited in drive thru and no one ever said anything. Pulled up to the window and two younger kids were standing there. They opened the window and I asked if they were open. They said yeah and then I’ll guess I’ll take your order. I’m sorry but you are getting paid to do just that? I left and I won’t be back.

I went to the gas station location. As I walked in and ordered my food, he typed in the wrong thing and I politely reminded him to change it. After this he repeats the CHANGED order and I pay and he gives me the receipt. He never changed it. It's whatever so I go to grab my drink and there were no medium sized drink lids. It's whatever so I go to actually select my drink and then they only had fanta sprite and lemonade. This made me furious and I went to grab my straw. I rip off the wrapping paper and the trash can is literally overflowing. Horrible 0/10
The employees on Saturday night 10/19/24 were excellent! Very friendly and my food was hot and fresh. Thank you.

I had a very specific and annoying order that I had to put in when I went inside. My son always wants something special. They took the time out to ask me questions and make sure we had the correct order they got the order together fast and it was fire AF. My son loved the burger me and my wife loved the fresh hot tacos. 10/10 Will come again !!!

I actually came in for a transaction problem. There was a worker there who validated my story to the manager. I believe the place is under new management. The manager apologies and immediately offered to make it right, and did make it right. Very good customer service and earned my business back.
