I went to the gas station location. As I walked in and ordered my food, he typed in the wrong thing and I politely reminded him to change it. After this he repeats the CHANGED order and I pay and he gives me the receipt. He never changed it. It's whatever so I go to grab my drink and there were no medium sized drink lids. It's whatever so I go to actually select my drink and then they only had fanta sprite and lemonade. This made me furious and I went to grab my straw. I rip off the wrapping paper and the trash can is literally overflowing. Horrible 0/10

I had a very specific and annoying order that I had to put in when I went inside. My son always wants something special. They took the time out to ask me questions and make sure we had the correct order they got the order together fast and it was fire AF. My son loved the burger me and my wife loved the fresh hot tacos. 10/10 Will come again !!!

I actually came in for a transaction problem. There was a worker there who validated my story to the manager. I believe the place is under new management. The manager apologies and immediately offered to make it right, and did make it right. Very good customer service and earned my business back.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience at the Jack in the Box location I visited was so horrendous that I felt compelled to warn others. This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast-food restaurant, and I would give it negative stars if I could.
Let’s start with the food. In a word: disgusting. I ordered what I hoped would be a simple meal, only to be greeted with food that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The fries were cold and soggy, and the burger was dry and flavorless. It was a far cry from what I expected, and I ended up leaving most of it uneaten.
To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude. Instead of a friendly greeting, I was met with eye rolls and snarky comments when I asked about my order. Customer service seems to be a foreign concept here, and I felt more like a nuisance than a customer. It’s baffling how poorly they treat patrons who are simply trying to enjoy a meal.
As if that wasn’t enough, I was horrified to discover bugs in both the bathroom and dining room. Yes, you read that right—bugs. It’s hard to believe a place that serves food could allow that kind of unsanitary condition. I don't know if this location has been overlooked or if management simply doesn’t care, but it’s absolutely unacceptable. This place should be condemned until it gets its act together.
In conclusion, if you're considering stopping by this Jack in the Box, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The awful food, rude employees, and filthy conditions make for an experience that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I will never return, and I hope my review helps others avoid the same fate. Save your money and your appetite—this place is a disaster.

Haven't been to Visit Jack in the box in a long time. This location did a wonderful job. Quickly made what I ordered, very tasty. I will be back.
I just went through the jack in the box on Bryan road with a suburban full of people and a large order. Not only was all of my order gotten to me quickly but the blonde headed gentleman taking my order was very professional and patient as I figured out what everyone wanted. I greatly appreciate this level of service and and the close attention payed to customer satisfaction. Everyone at this location deserves recognition tonight. Thank you again for your great service!

Although the place looked very dirty at the time, the service was horrible! I just got done giving my turtle his weekly beard trim, when all of a sudden I got the urge to go to Jack in The Box. So I get in my car, and drive myself ten minutes to Jack in the Box. When I get there, I order my food, (A simple bit of fries because I’m watching my weight AKA 126 LBS) And then the worker comes with my food, and I open it up and see my fries upside down, and not only that, but they were all small fries! Any petite woman like myself would want long fries. They “hit different” as my children say. Anyways, I tell the waiter this and he says to “get over it?”. Horrible service, horrible food, never going back again. Unless I want to go and eat my heart out when my husband decides to get a divorce!

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat & was seen by 2 different employees but never acknowledged. I waited for 10 min to get served & no one came to take my order. There was no one in the drive thru & only 3 other customers sitting inside eating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & I WONT GO BACK!!
