The sandwich was incredible as usual! My advice...get in on the rewards program. Our bill was $29+. We paid $9.00. Can't beat it. Never had a bad sandwich. They serve Pepsi products.

I didn't appreciate having to tell people multiple times how to make my order just for them to acknowledge then mess it up. Once I pointed it out, the employee that kept messing up insisted he could not hear me. Maybe if the music was not blasting and people were not goofing off, they would.

Giving a 5 regardless , but managers need to teach new kids there is a such thing as TOO MUCH oil all but had the bread ruined before I got home with our sandwiches.

I told the guy I wanted Gf bun for my order and they took care not to cross contaminate my order. I have missed getting a Philly cheese and now that I know this place sells GF bun I will be back.

An $8 billion company charging me $17 for a sandwich should not be using day old bread.

They never let you change anything to a sandwich. Management is always angry and that trickles down to the employees. Lettuce is usually pink. When they ask if you want it mikes way they I always say no and I try to go slow to have it built a special way but they demand that I explain how I want it before they start putting toppings on. The sandwich usually ends up wrong or I repeat my self several times.
Jersey Mike is my favorite when it comes to a good hoagie. Tonight however I wasn’t a fan of the individual who was taking orders and cutting the deli meat. I simply asked if I could half a giant sub, putting half in a bowl and half on a roll. Instead of getting a no, or we are not allowed to do that, I got a “I don’t know what you are asking me!” I get that it might be something that simply cannot be accommodated, but I didn’t have to get the attitude that came with my sandwich! Calvin and Logan on the other hand were very pleasant and provided an overall good experience. I will still be coming back as I enjoy their subs, but one more experience like the one I had and I might be looking for another sub shop, or simply frequent a new location.

I love Jersey Mike's. I only get the #55 which is the chicken philly. The only issue I have is sometimes the chicken can be dry & it's not enough filling for the bread size. Also, I hate that they no longer have buy one giant, get one for $5.

I decided to stop by here on Black Friday for the first time and the staff was super friendly! The Philly cheesesteak was absolutely fantastic and it has quickly made its place to being one of my favorite sandwich places.
