Great Italian Sub. Service is very good. Atmosphere is just an open counter with a few tables. The subs and hot Subs are great. My favorite Sub shop.

this afternoon I ordered 4 sandwiches, my name was called, items were bagged and handed over to me. I paid for all 4 sandwiches and left a tip. When I got home I noticed that my chicken chipotle sandwich was not placed in the bag. When I called to ask about the mistake they insinuated that it was my fault for leaving without the sandwich even though they handed me my bag and told me to have a good day. I told them I would be back in 10 minutes to grab my sandwich and asked if I could have a fresh one made since this is supposed to be a “hot“ sandwich. They acted like this was a huge inconvenience for them and again implied that the “miscommunication” was my fault. Upon arrival, not one employee apologized or even really acknowledged that I was there. When my sandwich was ready, my name was called again, but still no apology and just walked away without saying anything else from whom I assume is the manager of this location. I stated that this was poorly handled on the phone and in store. i also stated that in my 12 years of restaurant experience I would’ve never handled a situation the way they did. At the very least they could’ve apologized for inconveniencing a returning customer. But, then she clapped back with, “I’m not sure what you’re mad about, you just got a free sandwich“. Even tho I paid for it before leaving the first time. When I said, “at the very least you could’ve apologized, the manager said very sarcastically, “I’m sooo soorrry, hope you enjoy your lunch!” The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Just awful customer service...each and every time. I watched a gentleman in front of me ask for a bag for 2 huge sandwiches and 6 sauce containers. You would have thought he was asking for the sun, moon, and stars with the reaction he received from the request. I understand food service isn't always the greatest line of work, but I have a simple question. If you don't like people, why work with customers? Please, take your hard-earned money to another sub shop, where you don't feel like you're putting out employees.

This location can be pretty hit or miss. The last few times I've gone in I had a couple issues like a chipotle cheesesteak being served without the chipotle mayo, a sandwich being made ingredients I asked to be left out, or a hot sub that took almost 10 minutes for them to make since one person was making food for the other customer in the lobby and three or four employees were just standing in the back talking. Of course since it was on the grill so long it turned out really dry and overcooked.
