UPDATE: I did get a phonecall from JJ's and they want to make it right and are sending me a gift card to give them another chance. I'm happy to see that some companies are pulling out of their handsoff post pandemic haze and getting back to their core metrics and focusing on customer service. Changing from 1 * to 3 *. I will change the overall to 4 stars once the card actually arrives. Let's see if the comeback kid can actually come back!
I ordered delivery. The bread was hard on the bottom, the mayo was barely existent, the lettuce was browning and the meat certainly wasn't as much as the picture showed, they forgot the onions and oil and vinegar that I ordered. The second sandwich was just as bad, we had to add our own mayo. I tipped through the app order and the person delivering still stood there looking at me like he expected another tip. The comeback kid is definitely out again! There's no reason to return with expensive prices, cutting sandwich portions and poor sandwich execution by careless employees. I will be posting this review and the accompanying pictures of proof to the stores google map review as well. If you won't save folks some money or atleast deliver on quality and expectation then I will!

I placed an order for delivery through this Jimmy John’s. When I received the delivery, my drink was missing so I gave the store a call. I was told that the drink would be on its way. About five minutes later the delivery driver showed up with the drink and apologized, and then a minute after that I believe the person I talked to on the phone or the manager also stopped by with a drink and wanted to make sure that I received it. Not only was the food GREAT but the customer service was AMAZING!!! Thank you Jimmy John’s!

Cleanest bathroom I have ever been in in a restaurant. Great customer service, 13 sandwiches made in less than 15 minutes and the kickn chicken wrap is kickn!!! Will definitely visit again.

Last few orders have not been good. Ingredients are getting less meat is getting skimpy. Asked for extra tomatoes and they put a bunch of tomato ends. Leave stuff out on my the orders and order through the app, you have no way to really redeem it. Not to mention should get immediate credit not have to wait for correct on next order. If you even remember.

9/1/2024 during the early afternoon. They all did an amazing job! 3 sandwiches and 1 wrap, zero issues! Awesome customer service and super quick! I commend each individual who was working this day. Looked like a bunch of teens but they did fantastic!!!

Usually pretty good but the last few visits I paid extra to add cheese and bacon to my sandwich and did not receive either one. They always manage to take items off if you request but keep skipping the items I paid extra for. Wish they would pay closer attention to the orders, it makes you feel ripped off when you pay for items and do not receive them. Makes it hard to want to go back.
