UPDATE: I did get a phonecall from JJ's and they want to make it right and are sending me a gift card to give them another chance. I'm happy to see that some companies are pulling out of their handsoff post pandemic haze and getting back to their core metrics and focusing on customer service. Changing from 1 * to 3 *. I will change the overall to 4 stars once the card actually arrives. Let's see if the comeback kid can actually come back!

I placed an order for delivery through this Jimmy John’s. When I received the delivery, my drink was missing so I gave the store a call. I was told that the drink would be on its way. About five minutes later the delivery driver showed up with the drink and apologized, and then a minute after that I believe the person I talked to on the phone or the manager also stopped by with a drink and wanted to make sure that I received it. Not only was the food GREAT but the customer service...

Cleanest bathroom I have ever been in in a restaurant. Great customer service, 13 sandwiches made in less than 15 minutes and the kickn chicken wrap is kickn!!! Will definitely visit again.
