Had such a great experience at this JimmyJohn’s. Food was delicious and employees were kind and helpful. Manager treated the young employees very kindly and was a friendly atmosphere.

The food had green roast beef? This should not ever be served to a human being. My lemonade tasted gross, too. The woman who took my order (I don’t know her name, she was very nice and patient—the one with a mustache) clearly cared about her job. She was nice to my kid, too. This was not the case, however, when I returned at night a few days later to get real food this time. The short blonde ignored me, and a ginger boy without a uniform was just standing in the corner. Standing there…staring. He was smiling and shaking at nothing. I feel uneasy and my child cried. I ended up just walking out and didn’t order anything.

This location is super clean. The staff here is amazing. They are very friendly, patient, and they will make your order fast. I have met everyone from the District manager down to new hires, and every one of them have a upbeat attitude and will always greet you with a smile.

West terra location has the best staff! Payton was great she switched out my chips for the correct one I ordered. And I forgot to order my kickin ranch and she was like no worries here you go! Who ever the manager is keep up the great work! You have an amazing team working today (5/20/23) time of my visit was 11:50pm
Sighhhhh....sadly the best advice?! Go to another location. The drive thru...can't hear anything. You provide specifications as to how you want your sandwich, and.....nope you don't get it. You actually get the opposite. Ask for extra pickles....you get no pickles. Ask for coke, you get diet coke. Should I say more?! Sad because I genuinely like Jimmy Johns but this location....if this was my first time having JJ- I would not go back.

Was in the area and stopped in to grab lunch for my staff. They took excellent care of my large order on the fly! Everyone was super friendly and the food was prefect! Will be back!

I am at this location right now. I ordered on the app 22 minutes ago and I’m still waiting. This location is not freaky fast and they often forget item so you need to make absolutely sure you have everything before you leave. Go elsewhere.
