Hit this KFC on the way through town. Ordered on the mobile app and ate it in person. We arrived at 11:30 am on a Thursday and there was only the manager running the window, lobby and food. I told her we were the mobile order and she told me she would get to me as soon as she could. I think it went over the timeline for the order but I could see she was hustling.

Two other workers were on break. One in the lobby area, laying all over the table trying to rest. Please find your workers a better spot to do this. It looks tacky and she didn't wipe the table down after laying herself all over it. I could also tell that she did not want to be at work that day. The other worker was a kitchen helper. I feel like there could have been a better time for a break than when the lobby is busy and the drive was too. I left the stars up for the hustling manager.

The fried chicken was hot but not fresh. The skin had already started to soften. The rest of the meal was what I expected.

I took the atmosphere down a notch as I feel there was some cleaning that could have been done in the lobby area and I could see a messy kitchen from the counter.

The girl at the window was so nice and helpful. The chicken was the worst chicken we have ever had. It was like chicken jerky. We didn’t find out until we got home 15 miles away.

There is new management and crew. They are amazing! The restaurant is now clean. The food was fresh, hot and delicious!!! What an improvement!!!

I went through the drive thru today and Danielle was so sweet. She had great customer service skills. The food took a little longer than normal and she didn’t have a biscuit to give ne with my combo so she gave me an extra mashed potatoes and gravy instead which I was really appreciative of :) thanks Danielle ! Also the food was really hot when I got it which was awesome too :)

100\100 experience today!

We had left another location that had people waiting an hour and no one was coming to the counter! This O’Fallon location was wonderful and accommodating!! Even though they were busy, they let us know they were getting our order and made sure of everything we needed to go with it! The manager Danielle was so sweet and was obviously a great leader!! After taking care of us in the best way possible (and our wait was not more than 10 minutes), as we were leaving we heard her telling her crew, “come on guys! Remember we are doing this so *named employee* can spend time with his dad!!!” That was so heartwarming!!
Our visit was excellent in every way!!

Came here 10 minutes before closing time & the guy who seemed like he was the manager, graciously took our order & let us order food. Food was hot & tasted great. We appreciate the hospitality.

Ordered a 12 piece original family meal. When we got it home, the chicken was extra crispy and dry to the point of it being inedible. Two of the three sides were completely wrong. The biscuits were not cooked, just unformed dough. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I called the store and they told me they would remake the meal. I asked them what sort of compensation we would receive for the trouble and hassle for coming back up. I was told they don’t do refunds. That they would remake the meal. That’s not compensation… that’s just giving me the food I already paid for and should have received correctly the first time. Unheard of!
Sent my husband back up to get the new order. It wasn’t ready and he had to wait.

I ordered an eight piece original and three sides. Can not identify ANY chicken parts. Many wads of skin with bones stuck to it so on those pieces I'm at a loss as to what those are/were. The old mac n cheese was literally scraped out of the bottom of their container into my order. Dry and unappetizing. So disappointed that I wasted $40.
