I ordered an eight piece original and three sides. Can not identify ANY chicken parts. Many wads of skin with bones stuck to it so on those pieces I'm at a loss as to what those are/were. The old mac n cheese was literally scraped out of the bottom of their container into my order. Dry and unappetizing. So disappointed that I wasted $40.

Ordered an 8 piece bucket of extra crispy. Had to wait 20 minutes. Received the order and went home. The breading did not stick to the chicken and only Received 7 pieces. 4 legs and 3 thighs. Very disappointed.

This place has been a dump for years. The parking lot is half creator size pot holes. They are constantly out of every thing, the service is always terrible.

Went to KFC in O'Fallon after 15 minutes I asked how long will it take for my food I asked for a refund because they were serving the drive-up window before me I finally got my food 45 minutes later and if chicken was terrible I suggest you don't go to this Kentucky Fried Chicken oh the one in St Peters the same people on them

Ordered online for noon pickup. Got there at noon and had to wait 20 minutes for my order because they were sold out. What is the point of ordering online if the order is not ready when you arrive.
Hopefully the food is at least safe to eat. It was so terrible! The chicken was so spongy and had to have been refried 3 times at least... So crispy hardly any chicken on the bone. Definitely won't be going back!! My husband did go back for the chicken because it wasn't cheap and they did replace it but.... It wasn't great either. Every other side item was like warm, if even. Just terrible!

Clean . The 2 women working the counter were amazing. Very nice super fast. Ate in watched them with other customers . Everyone smiling. I was pleased and happy enough to leave a review. Hard to find good service these days at fast food. Keep these ladies . Please I will come back
