Hands down the best location in the St Louis and surrounding areas is this one in ofallon mo , finger licken good I no because I personally hand pick, clean , badder and cook each piece of chicken to perfection.. lol facts.. great locations and people.. stay blessed..

This place is a joke. Something is always broken. Out of chicken or soda machines not working or they can only take exact change because machines are down.

We went through druve thru to order the family bucket 12pc and the guy told us that they didn't have enough chicken for it. For this place to be a chicken restaurant and to not have enough chicken. Seems to me they just wanna be lazy and not do there job.

I walked in as a Dasher, immediately got a stair from this one employee who asked if I needed something. When I told him the customer name, he interrupted me while smirking and asked if I spoke English. My words were clear and other employees also also heard me. I told him I had just spoken English, in case he didn’t understand. Well, laughing, he just asked me to repeat the order name without apologizing. Another employee stepped in to ask me who I was going to be picking up in a respectful manner. As a person of color, this was highly offensive and disrespectful an employee from any establishment. I have worked fast food in the past, and this has to be the most racist encounter I have ever experience.

10 minutes to order. Enduring the projected 20 minute wait for chicken. I guess I should have waited for the chicken to judge the food. But I have 20 minutes on my hands.

This has to be the worst KFC in the area. 9 times out of 10 they do not have chicken prepared or they are out. I have waited over an hour more than once. I have found it is faster to drive 15 minutes to another location. I had quit going here but decided to give them another chance and when I tried to place an order I was told it would be 22 minutes for them to make the chicken. This is at 6:30 - I could understand if it was late but at 6:30?

First, they didn't have multiple things we wanted. Including white meat chicken. Then, they got our order wrong anyway. Parking lot is a mess.
