$38 for 1 large meal, a sandwich, & 3 shakes!! Soda machine wasn't working, so tea or a 5 cent bottle of water! Can't afford this place as it is, and they can't even provide a decent meal! My sandwich was very dry....so disappointed right now!!

I always liked Lion's choice. They have an awesome roast, beet sandwich and chocolate milk.
Food was fantastic! Went with my go-to King Beef w/swiss meal. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Crew was awesome! Service was fast. Had my food before I left the counter after paying. Nailed it!

Ate at this establishment earlier in the week and was chronically sick for a day after getting a roast beef combo. My kids also got roast beef and have been sick. I’m not sure I’ll risk returning to this location.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location. But I’ve gotten food poisoning three times here now. I love lions choice but this location keeps making me sick.
Looking at reviews it seems we aren’t the only ones getting sick from eating here. Maybe the health department needs to look into this location.
Sandwiches were very good. Service not so good. Rude employee!

I had been DoorDashing the past few weeks and have received several orders from the O’Fallon location. The staff there have been among the friendliest of all the businesses I’ve picked up from and they are always quick with their orders. I haven’t eaten at Lions Choice but have now done so twice and both times have been great experiences. Dave is my favorite. He’s super nice.
Restaurant is always clean the food is always fresh and hot and the service is second to none!

My family ate at this location yesterday and we all got very sick. Do not recommend this location.
