Great place to stop for lunch with a big group. Food was fast and delicious.

I went through the drive-through and the associate said my card was declined. He ran it again and it went through. I pulled up my bank statement and it showed I was charged twice. I told him and he said he didn’t know what to do. He went and consulted with a lady. I’m assuming the manager, and she said within earshot “ it’s not our problem. It’s his he needs to take it up with the bank”. Wow, so much care and empathy for your mistake. Thanks for caring. And the sprite was so flat it was undrinkable.

This is by far the best Lion’s Choice I’ve ever been to. It is clean! The food comes out fast! Also the sandwiches are very fresh and so so good! The manger is on it, cleaning tables and getting everything you need. You can tell he takes pride in his job. Well done!

Eric waited on us and he was amazing! So friendly and went above and beyond. He brought us our food, cleared it when we were finished AND brought us ice cream when he hadn’t even ordered it! He is a wonderful asset to Lions Choice!

Eric was amazing. He is the reason we will come back to this location specifically. He was kind and welcoming from the minute we were greeted at the restaurant. It is people like Eric that makes your dining experience so enjoyable! He deserves a raise ! He had exceptional customer service!! Thank you Eric!! He brought us out our meal with a smile on his face and took our trays when we were done without being asked. I was visiting with my sister and the restaurant was in stellar shape and super clean!! Best fast food experience I have had in a long time, manager acted like an owner. He knew customers by their first name. Good quality for the money.

Went through the drive thru and later opened the bag to see that the salad I received was inedible. The photo on the website shows a light, crisp bowl of iceberg lettuce with fresh toppings. What I received was literally a few wilted leaves of some sort of arugula mix that was partially liquifying. The ham was discolored. The shredded cheddar was not even a homogenous color. I did not feel safe eating any of it. I effectively paid them $10.34 to throw away their spoiled food for them. I am including photos of what it looked like when I opened the lid compared to what they show on the menu.

This location is always kept so nice, but the manager and customer service is phenomenal! He knows his customers and it’s such a personal experience. You can tell he loves people! All staff is great!
