Just ordered 2 pizzas. One one topping and one cheese. The cheese pizza was burnt..like a hot ready that just got reheated or just sat in the case all day. The crust was stale and hard as a rock. It was inedible. Really disapointed my child who requested a cheese pizza for dinner. It's like they gave it to me so i could throw it away for them. They werent busy and there multiple people working. No excuses.

Good food good service but does anyone know what happened to this place? The last couple times I tried going here shows on google their open but doors locked and no employees to be found what is going on did they close and just not update it on google

Hadn’t had Little Caesars in a decade so I gave it a shot and now I remember why I didn’t eat there. I got didn’t check my pizza and when I got home it was completely burnt. It was a cheese pizza that would have taken 2 minutes to remake but I got served garbage because they are too lazy to fix it. Not to mention it wasn’t like a busy Saturday night with kids working. It was a slow Thursday afternoon on weekday and I only saw one lady working so she was clearly in some sort of charge working that shift alone. Since store management typically works during weekdays chances are I got screwed by the GM or AM. I will never eat at Little Caesars again.

They have better workers that now know how to make pizza the right way. I love the pretzel crust pizza. I wish Little Ceasars would make it a main menu item. Only issue I have is they need more parking spots.

I've never had a bad order from here. But here's the thing, I take the effort to order my pizza within 10 mins of my arrival. I've always had an awesome fresh pizza and the employee here have always been polite and professional. I think these bad reviews are mostly from difficult people because the manager will go about and beyond to correct an issue 😆

Our food showed up 45 minutes late and was cold. I called and fussed but was told(after an additional 35 minutes) that a15% discount could be given. After all that, our order was wrong!
There were some kinks with my order but they made sure they made it right, apologized, and kept me informed.

I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience at this Little Caesars location. The last two times I placed standard orders through the app, arrived at the store within the ready window, only to find that my order had been given away to someone else. I know the labor market is tight, but this level of disorganization makes it impossible to trust this location. Avoid.
