Arroz Chaufa is Peruvian's version of Chinese fried rice. It is influenced by the influx of Chinese immigrants to Peru. Peru's fried rice version consists of rice, red bell peppers, green onions, red onions, garlic, soy sauce, scrambled eggs chicken and a dash of ginger, and cumin.

Love this place so much! Everything I’ve tried tastes just like the authentic back home! I recommend this restaurant to everyone. Try chicha morada ( purple Peruvian drink). Sooo good !

Lovely restaurant, has a good atmosphere, very peruvian without being tacky. Food was excellent, good portions for the price, very flavorful too. Had anticucho which I haven't had in forever and it tasted authentically peruvian (im peruvian btw). Ceviche, lucuma ice cream, papa a la huancaina, all excellent. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

1st time going & was impressed. All we ordered were great tasting & excellent quality! The fried banana chips & corn are a good change from the typical chips n salsa at a Mexican resto. Peruvian food is a must! Loved the refreshing chicha morada?. Will definitely be back!
