Great lunch specials, pasta (red and white sauces) and salad. If you want to splurge, the Pepe Medallions (Beef) are delicious!

The food was delicious. The indoor seating area is not too big. Normally that wouldn't be a consideration except that there was a band finishing up and we couldn't talk. I'm sure there were people there to listen to the band. You can't make everyone happy all the time.

This location was probably nice when it opened many years ago. In need of a facelift (in many ways) it’s reminiscent of the opening shots of a Gordon Ramsay episode.
The tea was metallic and very strong, turns out the same container is used sometimes for coffee. Maybe that’s why the taste was off, maybe not. Don’t order the iced tea
Service was very slow, especially for a restaurant that’s only 1/4 full. Your other drinks will only be replaced or refilled if you track down a server. Tables seated before us were still waiting for their food even after ours came out. Another table that was seated after us eventually got up.
We tried the chicken bolognese which comes with a gelatinous yellow/green sauce. The side of pasta had about an inch of water in the bottom. The chicken parmesan sandwich comes with dry chicken that is either overcooked or sat under a heat lamp for too long. Neither the red meat sauce nor the yellow/green bolognese sauce tasted fresh. Most likely from a can?
For a chain that models itself as a better option than Pasta House, this location is lacking. We won’t be back.

I love Massa's and the food never disappoints. I really love their seafood stuffed portabella mushroom appetizer and their house salad. I have never had a bad meal there.

My husband and I came here to have dinner. Not a bad place but maybe it’s gone down hill. Waitresses wearing sweatpants, no Italian bread at the table! I mean all Italian restaurants have this. Then at 7 rap music starts playing. This doesn’t bother me but felt more like a bar atmosphere rather than a nicer place to eat. I know I won’t be back. I had the Cajun pasta and didn’t care for it. Chicken was in huge chunks, barely any seafood and it wasn’t hot felt like it was probably sitting a bit. The sauce could’ve had more spice to it considering it’s supposed to be Cajun. Plus with no bread how are you supposed to soak up the juices.

As always, the atmosphere is very nice.
My favorite menu item has always been Pizza. (Tony's)
I can't say this anymore, Why?
The crust is different, a lower quality. The amount of ingredients on the pizza cut in half, along with the reduction in the size of the pizza; gives the impression of trying to save money, hoping the customer won't notice.
My father would take me to Massa's for Tony's Pizza. I'm sad because I won't be sharing that tradition with my son.
Over time, business owners forget about quality and focus more on quantity. You're right. Liquor keeps the lights turned on, not pizza.
