Travis the waiter was an absolute douche canoe the entire time I was there. Even cut my date off multiple times when she was asking questions. Apparently you guy don’t have extra salad toppings, that’s what Travis says. So fire Travis and maybe the review will get better. 10/10 don’t recommend, Travis can’t bring out the manager when I ask for him to, let alone proper food and drinks.

We did a pickup order. We showed up at the end of our pickup time. I stood awkwardly at the bar being bumped into for 25 minutes. The staff was very unfriendly, not withstanding one very nice young man. He almost seemed apologetic for the behavior of the rest of the staff.The to-go order was okay at best. My husband got a fish dish and said it was fine. The toasted ravioli was normal. We had regular ravioli and it was fine. I had the tortellini and it was terrible. The sauce was watery. No bread either. Seems disappointing for a Italian restaurant.This is the second time I've been to this restaurant and I do not believe I will be back.

I had the chicken picata and it was delicious but enough to feed 2 people. Waitress was great and attentive even with it being busy.We had to sit by the bar area and it was quite noisy with trying to hear our conversations.

Massa's is a solid Italian restaurant with may of my favorites. Reasonably priced - I've tended to enjoy their lunch specials the most. Salads, pizza, pasta...do I need to say more?

LOVE massas, their food is great as well as their service. the bartenders sure know how to make a drink! I love to come on thursdays when they have live music. i have one critique.. have your hostess stop seating me at dirty tables. the last 2 times i've been there i've been sat at a table that has plates, napkins and all kinds of shit. if that gets fixed everything else is great!

Interesting experience to say the least. My husband and I arrived 2 hours before closing. 3 employees including whom I assume was the manager told us to sit where we want (Important detail because they Knew we were there) so we chose to take a seat outside. The restaurant was not busy at all btw. We sat waiting for someone to greet us for awhile. I chose to be patient because I thought maybe they were tied up with something inside, but when I saw another couple get greeted and brought menus almost immediately upon their arrival, I knew the staff was just choosing to not greet us. We waited another 5 minutes before we decided to find a new place. As we left not a single person asked if we needed help or apologized for not taking care of us. We don’t have a lot of “us” time so it was frustrating we wasted the time driving there to just sit and be ignored only to have to go somewhere else in a rush since an hour of our time was wasted driving to and waiting at this place. We are definitely good on going there ever again.

After arriving we were told by the manager to my wife and I to seat ourselves. We decided to sit on the patio in seats located directly across from the bar and easily visible to the staff. We sat there for 10 mins without so much as being acknowledged. Yet another couple came in and were greeted immediately.After waiting another 3 minutes to see if anyone would even bring us menus, which they failed to do, we simply left.Waste of time and gas coming here .
