McAlister's Deli

Ridiculously priced for actual dog food. Total Garbage. Everything is drenched with grease, moldy avocados, and snotty soup. ALL of their soups taste like McDonald's fryer oil mixed with cheap Cambell's soup and snot. Absolutely vile. Terribly slow service, rude employees, and inedible food. Chicken is like a 1/3 mix each of grease, water, and rubbery gelatin. Complete and total SCAM. Avoid at ALL costs!

Got a Togo order and having a missing item . Called in and Manager was going to refund the item. Nope he didnt do it.

I went in there 12/4 around 230 or 3ish, and had a more than a pleasant experience. Me and my boyfriend ordered our food and sat down to eat. When it was brought out to us, he realized he got a 6inch Italian instead of a 12inch and asked the waitress about it. She explained that he was not charged for it, and offered to get is the other half of the sandwich, which we declined. A few minutes later, she brought out another whole 6inch Italian MEAL and apologized to us, to which we said there was nothing to apologize about since she had done nothing wrong. We voiced our appreciation to which she replied how she's training there and then leaving for another store, and she'd rather us leave happy than worried that we got jipped. I would have left a real survey on their receipt, but we requested to not have one when we finished checking out, unfortunately. Just wanted to say that she went above and beyond, completely out of her way, and should be a valued employee wherever she ends up! Didnt catch her name unfortunately, but she was amazing and deserves recognition!

I want to start by saying I love McAlister’s and have for years.
Ordered on my lunch break and went picked it up. I got back to work and looked at my salad. It seemed like I unfortunately got the remainders. It was wilted and looked unappetizing. My half wrap was only half full.. I spent almost $20 on this food and ate three bites of a wrap and drank my tea..

I ordered a regular grilled chicken lettuce salad to go.
When I got home it was a salad but no grilled chicken at all and im not sure what the 2 scoops of mush with grapes in it was but it wasn't my grilled chicken. Very disappointed

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at McAlister’s. When I called about my order, the woman I spoke to (I believe her name was Patty or Pam) was extremely rude and short with me. She even told me I “should have waited to order at noon,” which felt very unprofessional. On top of that, my order arrived missing the chips and the food was cold. I normally enjoy McAlister’s, but this visit was frustrating and not up to their usual standard.

We arrived 45 minutes before close and went up to order two sandwiches and potato salad. Cashier was very rude about them 'about to close' when they weren't closing for another 45 minutes. I completely understand it being an inconvenience, but we came in with plenty of time. They were very rude to us about ordering. We got a 12 inch French dip and a BLT-A. Half of the French Dip was raw. Bloody raw. It was cold and seemed like it was two sandwiches put together? Disgusting. And the BLT-A had browned avocado, burnt black bread, old crusty bacon, and overall almost inedible. The tea was 7 dollars for two cups and it was clearly old, sitting there all day tea. It tasted like the urns hadn't been cleaned in days. Overall terrible experience, along with staff staring at us to leave the entire time. We were there for 10 minutes. That was not an inconvenience, the staff should not act like it is.

Always good sandwiches, clean restrooms and restaurant. Love the patio - this location can be challenging to get out of since they are right off Hwy K though.

I ordered pick 2 this evening for carry out order. The Smoky Pepper Jack Turkey sandwich was very good. I was disappointed to find the Caesar Salad was very limp. I ordered the dressing on the side, the greens just were not crispy, not worth eating. Hopefully future salad will be better. Sandwich was great!

It was nice. Their food, and service was great! I love being able to get chicken salad on a Crossinant. Their potato salad, Carmel Cookies & Brownie is great too! It's nice to get desert especially if you don't have time to bake cookies.
There prices have gone up a lot since the last time we were there. Next time, we will probably skip the drinks and deserts and just eat it at home.
