Although the food is usually good, I was very disappointed with my order yesterday. I ordered two bowls of chicken tortilla soup and a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant to go. When I got home I saw the soup containers were only half full, not a bowl. And the croissant was stale and hard. I paid good money for my food and didn't receive my money's worth.

Major complaint is the inflated price if the food. Similar to the overpriced food at panera. Staff was friendly. Nothing special about the atmosphere, but it's nice. It would be more convenient for patrons and staff if beverages were self-serve. It's ridiculous to have to wait in line to top off a glass if tea. And, yes, I'll stand and wait to get it... which only increases wait times for those trying to order a meal.
