I swear this one always has trouble with orders not just at the window but also making it fresh and or correct. The Older man manger could give to cares and always says well there is a language barrier so that's why the order is not right. Ok I get it for one time but every time. I miss how they could get something right. For them to get something correct would be asking like what 2 plus 2 is. I will now and forever go to the on in Lake St Louis they have great customer service and always get the orders right. Do better!

Went to the drive-thru ordered two Daily Doubles small fry and vanilla shake she comes to the window and gives me one Burger I said that's not my order she was what was your order I told her she had to go get it worse service ever

Changing my 6year old review from a 1 star to 4. They Messed up our order during a rush, came back and the manager i want to say Jeremy? apologized and fixed it fast, so I appreciate the effort on his part.

This is the 2nd time that I arrive 10mins to 6a and eventhough they are open with workers inside they did not take my order at drive through. I sat for a 2 mins each time. Drove by the windows and I can see ppl inside. This is unacceptable. Starbucks across the street has better service anyway!

Service was horrible waited 15 minutes at the drive thru to speak with someone when I had a mobile order asked if I could please have crispy fries got fries and food from 6+ hours ago ordered all large meals to do the monopoly game and got 0 tickets for it drive thru service at window women looked like a alien from another planet gave me her opinions on the food and sauces when I just wanted what I asked on sauces and my mobile order then got told I could only get 3 total sauces after spending $35 will never return to this location

Horrible service late night! Just shut down late night there is always an issue with systems or certain items not available repeatedly! Won't be back! The quality of this location overall lately has been a downward spiral!

Very poor experience. Waited 30 minutes for a carryout order placed in the restaurant. Food was just okay and the restaurant was visibly dirty. This location needs serious improvement.

Been to this mcdonalds 4 times late at night between midnight and 4 am over the past two weeks. Everytime, im told by the same employee the system is down. I could see this being the case one time but it hasn't been back to back days and like I said it's all been different times. Sometimes it's even been for a mobile order that even though I placed it on the app and paid they said I can't get it and have to cancel to get a refund. Im normally not one to complain but what are the odds of it being every single different time/day? Why can't I be notified before wasting my time driving there they can't take orders?

Had the worst experience at this location EVER!!! This is my go to location. The staff are usually sooo nice!! I ordered a soda and even rounded up lol. I get to the first window and no one is there. I heard someone screaming inside and I was so considered someone was hurt or needed help. I finally heard someone screaming MAAAAAAAM! There was a sign that said come back during business hours. Like what? So then I turn and see an employee bent out of the second window waving at me screaming MAAAAAAAAAAM and angrily glaring and pointing at me to pull up. The lady was SO RUDE! I pull up and she’s yelling at a colleague talking badly about me. She didn’t say to go to the second window over the drive thru menu intercom or I would have. They need better signage if you expect people to just pull up to the second window. What if I was deaf? Talk about NOT inclusive! She barked TWO DOLLARS and then handed me my drink and slammed the drive thru window. I couldn’t believe it and also regret rounding up after that experience! I will not be returning.

I placed a mobile order and when I arrive to the drive through no one came to the speaker. I drove to the first window no one came, went to the second window no one came but I could see a heavy set girls arm, so I honked. She started to walk towards the window but turned as if she she didn't see us and never came to the window. So I drove back through the drive through still no one at speaker. l pulled up to the first window and seen what to be a manager- a guy in a tan collard shirt. So I knocked on the window he opened and immediately said sorry our head set is not working. I said y'all should put a sign on the speaker and mentioned I placed a mobile order. He said tell the people at the next window I let him know no one ever came to that window. He said they should come now. I waited at the second window about another 5 mins before a skinny lady came to the window and asked if we had 2 McDoubles. I said no we have a mobile order and gave her my code she said it should be right up. Another 5 mins passed she came back and said the fries are coming up and should be fresh. (The fries were not fresh, and tasted old) She then came back 5 mins later and said she didn't realize their ice cream machine wasn't working and that we could pick up our McFlurry and shake tomorrow 8/25 and she worked from 7-2. I ask if she can leave a note Incase we don't see her. She said yes but she should be there. I had to work so i wasn't able to make it in time to pick up my ice cream. So I called to see if I could come now but they do not answer the phone. I've called 3 times! She also forgot my straws for my cold drinks.
