One of the worst locations in the county. Recently remodeled, but you wouldn’t be able to tell. Everything is broken or non operational. Soda machine made them all taste bad, hardly any ice to put out and the ketchup were also non operational. Staff is also leaving much to be desired. The staff at this location let you understand why the kiosks need to exist. She insisted on taking our order. It was just two of us and we each ordered a sandwich drink and fry. She forgot to charge for a fry somehow… so when the food came out one was missing. I went to ask about it and she said we didn’t order two and would not quit arguing. Go to any other location

The workers are RIDICULOUS. They give 3 sauce cups for a 20 piece nugget and then want to charge for extra more sauce cups. I also asked for extra pickles on my Big Macs and got none on either. Very rude and just ignorant. Acting like it comes out of their paycheck.

I come here multiple times a week, service is always quick and food is always hot. Everybody I’ve interacted with has been super friendly. I had an issue with one of my orders, and the manager on shift was very friendly and understanding of the situation, and was able to resolve the issue. 10/10 will be coming back.

Forgot items multiple visits - out of stock on breakfast sides and the ice cream machine always lives up to Mickey Ds broken standards 🤣 good luck and check your food before you leave the drive-thru.

Food was slow. Tea was very light and had so much ice it might as well been water. Service was business like, not super friendly. Will go to North O'Fallon for McDonald's from now on.

Today I Ordered my grand daughter mcchicken sandwich and it look like they stomped on it. She said the nuggets did not taste how they usually taste. The lunch and dinner crew have terrible management or workers Sunday to Saturday. I went in on Wednesday because the drive through was not moving and several cars sitting without cars in line in front of them. I frequent this location for breakfast. However, I’ll skip this McDonalds and go to the one closer to I70 from now on. Wish you all the best.

I frequent this McDonalds several times a week during late night hours, as a Doordasher. At times it can be hectic in the drive thru due to system reboots, etc. That makes sense. What doesn’t make sense is the poor & frankly, lack of customer service. I give it a 1 star simply for the gentleman who does his job correctly. Always asks if we’re checking in with the app, and delivers great customer service every time. Even gives our puppy a pup cup & attention when he has downtime! Not sure of his name, but he typically works the window when we visit and he was there on 4/4 around midnight. Not entirely sure who this “new” older woman is that was also working the window tonight, but none of the other employees have ever haggled or aggressively come at us to confirm our app as much as she did. She was refusing to give us the order until we confirmed it. How am I supposed to confirm something you haven’t handed me yet? Once it’s in the Doordasher’s possession is when it’s to be confirmed. The absolute icing on the cake for this experience was when she called us smartasses for simply trying to explain that to her. I hope this information is passed along to the appropriate person and additional training on the act of proper customer service is given to this woman.

Ive only went late at night past 12 because they are supposedly 24hrs, but ive hardly left with a meal usually just get told what sounds like an excuse every night recently from this lady typically that there machines are down i evn pay/order online and they still dont bother to make much work, this isnt a rare thing either i use to be able to eat here up until what feels a month/3 weeks ago but havnt gotten anything my past 4/5 visits.

If I could give this place a score lower than zero, I would without hesitation. The service was unbelievably bad, and the food was just as disappointing. After an unnecessarily long wait, I was handed a lukewarm cheeseburger that barely deserved to be called fresh. Thankfully, I spared myself the insult of paying $2.49 for a meager serving of fries—an absolute rip-off. This was hands-down one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, and you can bet I won't be returning.
