Did everything automated I guess since there was no one at the counter and no one ever said anything about when the food was ready so I sat there for a long time until I finally went up there and saw the food just sitting on the counter near room temperature. Also, how many of these do you make a day where you can’t even line up the burger with the bun???

I don’t know what are the other reviews are complaining about but this is the best McDonald’s I’ve went to in my entire life. I even pass a couple of McDonald’s just to go to this location. The customer service is nice and they also hire disable people to work here. The nuggets are always freshly made. The quarter pounder is always dripping with juice. What are y’all complaining about? A couple minutes of waiting is worth the wait. ?

Hilariously bad experience at breakfast ordering for pickup. Got 3 hash browns instead of the $20 worth of other food we ordered. Had to go in and complain to get service, with a group of 10+ others with similar problems. The guy that ran out my meal was super nice, but seems like they have major org/management

Ordered an egg and cheese biscuit using the kiosk. The food was burned. The restaurant is connected to a gas station. The restroom facilities are shared with the service station.

Their service was bad. They gave me the wrong sandwich. When I called to complain, they said bring it back. Once you are home, do you really want to drive back, I don't! So not only did I pay for something I didn't get, I got a one resolution option. Most fast food places offer a credit on your next visit!

They will not wait on anyone in the lobby. They will have long lines out front and NO ONE will even come out there to help people. This is the worst McDonald’s in the area. You could be waiting on your food for 30 minutes or more. That is not fast food. Most employees in there have a bad attitude and don’t want to work to help people with their orders. The drive through is slow as well, but a little faster than going in the restaurant. You should pick a different McDonald’s to go to if you want good service. It has even gotten worse in the last two years. Management needs to improve stuff big time.
