Horrible customer service at this location. Employees are more interested at looking at their phones (while “working”) more than looking at, or even caring for the customers that are right there. I’ll gladly go to any other fast food restaurant in the area to spend my money than going back to this McDonald’s. 👎🏽

This McDonald's is very slow with their service. They constantly make mistakes on their orders and return change to customers. I have to say it's crazy these days. The employees are paid more, the food costs more, and the customer service is absent. The younger generations have a lot to learn. I feel sorry for their future and their offspring.

This morning at 8:25 am myself along with 5 other cars sat in the drive thru at this McDonalds off of K Hwy on Crusher Drive and received NO SERVICE. I called inside as I was blocked in at the time and couldn’t leave and spoke to a lady who must have been the manager on duty. I said there are a lot of people in the drive thru sitting here waiting and no one is waiting on us. She said I am very short staffed and we are busy inside and I will get to you as soon as I can. No apologies. Luckily at that time 3 other cars left & I was able to drive away to get on with my day. There were not many cars in the parking lot at all maybe 4 or 5. If you cannot handle the customers and the drive thru, don’t open the store that day. This is ridiculous and downright rude. I have an elderly father and two other people to feed at home. I went to Schnucks and went home and cooked.

Worst McDonalds ever! Always get our order wrong and now I’m very late for an open house because what should have been a quick drive through trip to feed my children has turned into waiting for over 30 minutes and still 5 cars ahead of me.

Probably the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced at a McDonalds. Ordered at kiosk as no one was at the cash registers. Took 25 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches. Female manager (we are assuming she was the manager as she was the only not in the McDonald polo) was VERY good at ignoring the customers in the waiting area. Definitely will not return to this location.

You cant beat the convenience of it, but recently each time I have gone (only for breakfast and very rarely) it has been slow even curbside snails pace , and when I have gotten my food it has been cold. It wasn’t like this a few years ago It seems a possible change in management and not for the better, hope something is changed.

Went to pick up a group order. Drive thru line was long. Went inside instead. The guy working the counter didn't understand me well. After we finally got to the point that I was a drive thru pick up order, he confirmed my order then told me I had to go through the drive through if I wanted my food. So I had to go wait 10 extra minutes to pick up the order from the drive thru. Poor service and the guy working the register made it a very confusing interaction that was unnecessary.
