Truly is one of the worst McDonald’s in the whole entire St. Louis area, sorry. Majority of the time I DoorDash or go thru the drive thru, the order has been completely wrong.
I ordered a fish filet. The smell when I unwrapped it was horrible and rotten. The bun was stale and burnt. Cheese was hard and discolored.

Woman at the windows said goodbye as if the order she handed out the windows was complete. Of course I drive away. I get 20 minutes away only to realize my child's meal was not present in the bag. Then upon calling they said oh it is here on the counter as if I'd drive back to get a cold meal. They cannot refund a meal. And they dont have a way to give refunds. So I didn't get a meal and you refuse to give me my food back. That is great customer service.

This was the craziest drive thru order ever! I ordered a Big Mac Meal with a Sprite, a double cheeseburger, a McDouble meal with a Coke . I get to the window for my order and get handed a Big Mac in a bag. I told her that this is not all of my order. I proceed to tell her and she asks for my receipt, which I was not given, but luckily I paid with my debit card and was able to show her that I paid $22.32 for my order. She said I think we gave your order to the person that was in front of you. We will have to remake your order as I have the receipt. was asked to pull up...5 more vehicles come through the lanes and finally someone comes out. 3 large Cokes, I sent her back for a Sprite and only needed 1 Coke. She comes back I quickly go through the bag and think that we are good. I get home, the McDouble is a McChicken with lettuce only, the Big Mac has no lettuce, no sauce. The double cheese is missing ketchup and mustard. The entire order is completely cold as well. I ended up with 3 4piece nuggets as well as 3 small fries. Unbelievable!! Very poorly run place. Food went in the trash. Avoid this location at all costs !! Will be contacting my bank in the morning for a dispute.

Took forever for me to get through the drive through. And then at the first window, the lady wouldn’t even open it up to tell me to keep going or ask me if I wanted a receipt. Terribly rude. I’m not surprised at all at the reviews of this place. Absolutely deserves it. I hope they can find some new management and new people here. It just doesn’t live up the McDonald’s typical quality.

Showed up when the lunch menu started at 11 a.m. food was disgusting, fries was cold, ordered cheeseburger, they slapped a piece of cheese on an already done hamburger! Ordered a dr.peeper, they gave me a diet coke!!! Don't patronize!!! Worst McD. In existence!

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in the O'Fallon area. Do not go inside to eat or order because you will be ignored for at least 10 minutes while employees walk around on their phone the people working the drive-thru are the only ones doing anything. While there are 10 people standing in the lobby and they're being completely ignored

I had a pickup order at 5:10pm and I arrived and I have waited for 10 minutes to get my food past my pickup time and I reached the counter the guy has told me they were unable to see the drinks in the order and after 2 minutes I asked him again what's wrong with the order he has told me in one combo you had a frozen drink and machine is not working and i asked him at first you have told me that you are unable to see the drinks in my order and now you're telling me that machine is broken and I asked him to recheck again whether its my order or not and he was a like I dont care for your order its not my job to check your order and do it and he left from there and he is very rude

Employees are unprofessional and unfriendly. Terrible drive thru. It takes 5 minutes for the employee to acknowledge you are there and take your order. Even when there are no other cars in the drive thru. This location doesn’t care about customers.
If I order a large meal I want a large fry and a large drink. The lady taking orders at the drive through needs additional training clearly because she is keying all drinks as medium. When I brought it up that the drinks should be large she got confused and told me to hold on. Either you all are telling her to do this and that’s a scumbag business practice to cheat others out of a small amount of extra drink or somebody trained her wrong, either way, it needs to be addressed. I shouldn’t have to play gymnastics with a business to get a simple meal.
The employees at this store have forgotten that they have cash registers for counter business. When I finally flagged a manager after she walked past me at the counter, she grabbed an employee that didn't seem to have enough time for counter customers. Other than that the food was average as normal, as in underfilled box of fries and a burger that looked as if it took 2.5 seconds to throw together with its inner contents oozing outside of the bun and into the wrapper. Thank goodness I wasn't trying to eat on the go because my 1 color shirt would have transformed into a tri-color topped with pickles. Also I guess they were worried about my weight since my soda was diet coke instead of coke.
