All we did was ask for the hot sauce for a burrito and it wasn’t in the bag so we politely asked for some and the lady at the window got an attitude with us and said “there was one in the bag” but we sat and looked and there was not. There was no need for the attitude and rudeness towards us.

Everyone was standing around and it was dead and I understand they don’t wanna cook anymore when it’s dead but when you spend $16 for them to stand outside to talk and do nothing and there’s no customers my food shouldn’t taste like crap. The fries were just completely soggy.

Ordered a large fry barely any fries in it pulled back through nd stated the problem was told to pull to the next window which i sat for 10-15 mins until i went inside watching them bag other ppl fries i just feel like it was rude to put me off

We were coming to this location pretty frequently, it changed recently. The staff won't answer the drive thru speaker, happened twice now. But the absolute worse part is the food poisoning I got. I've eaten absolutely nothing else except mcdonalds from this location. Never will I ever return.

Seriously do not understand why you have to pull around if they are waiting on food to cook. If there are already 5 cars pulled around in front of me. So they tell to please pull around and park in a spot. So I do. They then come out about 4 mins later and give the 5 cars food. And so I'm waiting 8 cars pull in and order so I'm thinking they are going to start pulling around to wait on their food as im still waiting on mine. NOPE. Those cars all left none pilulled around so I drive back thru drive thru and they oh sorry here your food . 15 mins after and my food is cold. So they re make I get home and I don't even have all my food!!!!
