The best pizza hands down. Customer service needs work. I placed my order online and received order confirmation text at 11:53 am. I requested pickup/carryout order to be ready between 12:50-1pm. I arrived at 1 PM. The time on my receipt says 12:41 PM. That must be the time my order was submitted to be ready by 1 PM. Regardless of that, my order was not ready until 1:30 PM. While I was waiting, I asked the representative for Monical’s Pizza who was working the front register, if my order was turned in at the time I placed the order, or if it was not dropped until I arrived to pick it up? A valid question since my order was placed an hour prior and it still wasn’t ready. Her immediate response to me was that they had a full dining room and that pick up orders were not a priority. Dining room customers take precedence over carry out orders. I walked around the counter and looked in the dining room and only 3 or 4 tables were occupied. The dining room was in no way full.
I placed an order for three pizzas totaling $70.71. I would think any customer placing an order would be a priority customer. Whether I was in the dining room, or placing an order online, a customer is a customer. Is it not?
I understand if they were busy and needed more time to prepare my order. Say that. But don't tell me that my order is not a priority. I chose to spend my $70 at Monical’s Pizza. I would think that makes me a valued customer? If all you care about are your dine-in customers, then remove online ordering from your website. It shouldn't be an option.

We were up in this area 12/14/25, The food we had pizza was soooo good! Never seen wings this small and I like wings. Could of had way more sause. Dinner salad was really small, I know its a dinner size buy 1/2 as much more would be perfect. The dressing was so good purchase some for home. The problem for us we live 1 hour away, the pizza was some of the best ever had if not the best!!!!!

We love Monical's and seek them out whenever we are in the region. This location is very consistent with most - great pizza, good service, and a comfortable, pleasant enough setting.
Monical's Pizza is very thin crust (using corn meal underneath for extra crispness and a little flavor) and served cut in squares/party cut. For St. Louis-style pizza lovers, provel cheese is an option.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. We had a wonderful pizza and amazing service by Lizzy, she was super understanding and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are coming back in hopes we get that top tier service again! The food was delicious as well just wish their was a little more sauce.

The gluten free pizza is absolutely amazing, and as much as i would love to unhinge my jaw, roll my half cut pizza into a roll and eat it like a snake... I sadly cannot. Please, cut the pizza....all the way through.
