This was my first time trying Nancy’s pizza. Here’s the pros and cons I experienced: The women at the counter was incredibly friendly and the food was ready quickly. The bread sticks were good and the order was correct. The complaints I have are that the pizza had tinfoil on it (probably to keep warm) but it had fused to the cheese, so no matter how easy I pulled it back 70% of the cheese came off with it :( so we ended up only eating the few pieces intact on the edge (those few slices were good!) The fries seemed like they had sat out for a long long time. Overall I’m chopping it up as a one off experience and will be giving a second try eventually

No dine in options or even chairs for people to wait for order. Staff didn’t acknowledge us standing at the counter for 10 minutes when trying to order. Pizza wasn’t ready (or ticket was lost?) when told (45 minutes). Paid $50+ for ONE specialty pizza and our order was wrong - got home with a cheese deep dish with extra cheese and no toppings. Called manager and wasn’t given option to fix the order - only applied a $10 credit to a future order (which probably will never happen). Ticket on pizza box didn’t even have the right name of the pizza we ordered. Very disappointed. Save your money and go somewhere else.

In my opinion theres a lot of good pizza in town but this is the best bang for your buck! Very filling, and the cannoli..yum!

What i love the most about their deep dish is the pizza has fair to light sauce. Some deep dishes have so much sauce and not enough topping...this place is amazing and the cheesey gooey flavor is perfect!!! Highly recommend

Good pizza, stuffed isn't my favorite, though. Definitely in the same league as Giordano's. I ordered the Uncle Tony's (Italian sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, onions.) Since this location is carry-out only, it had cooled off by the time I got home. The mozzarella cheese still had a pull to it when I put a couple of pieces on my plate, and the mixture of flavors collided in mouth for a good tasting pizza.

My pizza was burnt on the edges essentially all the around - VERY disappointing. I didn't notice it until I got home, the least the people could have done is told me about it when I picked it up and offered to remake it or offer some money off - I paid over $50 for a pizza that we had trouble eating because of the burnt smell.

So I was looking for Chicago deepdish pizza near me in St Chuck... Well I found this place on yelp... Ordered a pizza... And yep it is good Chicago deepdish.
It amazes me that being so close to Chicago it is hard to find deep dish pizza in the STL.
I got the stuffed crust which is your traditional Chicago deep dish. They have a stuffed lighter that I haven't tried... Maybe next time.
This is a chain with lot of Chicago locations... So totally authentic. Get the app. Join the rewards

This is just a place to pickup your pizza. There is no dine in but there is a nice little place to sit and wait.
Would anyone wait forty-five minutes to buy a pack?

Great Chicago style pizza! Kind of pricey but be on the look out for deals/bundles. We got two bundles which included a pizza, bread sticks and a 2L soda for $29.99 each.

I have lived in O’Fallon for 19 years. I did not know this place existed until two days ago. The staff was extremely pleasant and the pizza is unbelievable. I have a new favorite pizza store. I’m sorry that I’m just now finding out about them.
