We get Nancy’s often, but tonight was special. We got a thin crust and an original stuffed Chicago-style deep dish. The crusts and toppings were absolutely perfect!!! My husband is from Chicago and this reminded him of home! We HIGHLY recommend!

I think I may have dropped the ball and didn't finalize my online order. After driving 30 mins (I live in Troy) sweet ol Patrick told me he didn't see my order. Without hesitation, Patrick offered to make my order was and get it to me asap. My husband and I happily waited in the parking lot and the food was well worth the wait. Patrick, thank you so much for finding a quick and effective resolution to my mistake. I appreciate you and everyone at Nancy's for always serving pizza from home without the 5 hour drive. 🫶

This is not Chicago style pizza, it's strip mall pizza! The crust was hard and tough, sauce tasteless, hardly any meat but plenty of hard green peppers and onions. Ordered a salad if you call it a salad i hardly ate any of it, $16.00 for a salad? Took 1 1/2 hours to get a pizza to our table. Way over priced for awful pizza, poor service. We will not be back!

I'll have to come back again to review a deep dish pizza. I reviewed the wings and thin crust pizza and was not really impressed. The crust just wasn't crispy enough and the cheese and sauce taste was just meh. Wings were cooked good but the Buffalo sauce I could tell was store bought as well as the blue cheese and ranch. I'll come back and review the deep dish and possibly give this place another star. But right now it's just alright. The pizza is a 6.2 out of 10 for a thin crust And the wings are a 6.4

The worst part of moving 40min away was leaving Nancy's. They have my favorite sauce of any pizza. I absolutely love how crunchy the crust is as well. I would almost say Nancy's sets the precedence for Deep Dish out of Chicago and could even make an argument to include Chicago as well.

Don't normally write bad posts but EVERY time I order from Nancy's they mess up the pizza, undercooked it, or time is way off. It's my wife's birthday and she loves Chicago style pizza. She wants Nancys... I give in, even though there's something wrong every time. She ordered the pizzas at 3:00 with expected pickup at 5:00. I showed up at 5 and watched as the worker went to the line, pulled the ticket and gave it to his cooks. He told me they are working on it, should be 20-25 minutes. I adressed that I have been told previously that the pizzas take atleast 35 minutes to make. If they just started it'd be nearly 40 minutes. Why lie and tell me they are working on it? Just own your mistake, tell me you forgot to move the ticket and ask how you can make things right. Instead the kid tells me they were backed up and busy. I ordered 2 hours in advance. It wasn't busy, you just forgot to move the ticket and then whe. I came back, he sent someone else up front. No remorse, no apology, no discount. Everyone needs some customer service training. Just a big f you for overpriced pizza soup.

First timer - Downloaded app and order through there. It was very easy. Pizza was ready 15 min ahead of schedule which wasn’t a long wait to start. They were very friendly when I called and asked if they could call me to tell me when it was ready. The pizza was packaged very well with foil on top and the little white circle thing so it didn’t get too soggy. I loved all of it! The crust was perfectly crispy and the sauce was amazing flavor! Can’t wait to try again!
