The employees are super nice even when they’re so busy. They didn’t rush me when I had a question and my caramel espresso ice cream is fiiirrreeee🔥🔥

We stopped in. My husband got your great banana split. I got a scoop. They were great. As we were walking in I noticed the trail of black greasy dirt coming out of the front door. I thought, that’s not good. Then as we approached the counter I notices the floor and counter front were really dirty. They gave us a number and it was very dirty. Our table and bench were clean. So that made me feel a little better. But if it’s not clean out front does that mean it’s dirty in the back where they make the ice cream? It’s a good thing we don’t live near the store so we won’t be back anytime soon.

Please fix your AC or close the store. It is extremely unsafe to have your employees in conditions like that. We were only in there for ten minutes and had to leave because we couldn’t stand sitting in that. I can’t imagine how those kids feel having to withstand that for hours!

We now have a favorite ice cream spot when we visit St Louis! I had a chocolate peanut butter ice cream in a waffle cone bowl- it tasted amazing! You can also buy gallons of milk in glass! They have the best chocolate milk! Next time we day trip to st louis we will take a cooler! (*we live 2 hrs away)

Slow service

i applied and they told me they would give me a call and never heard anything back really bad customer service

Ordered ice cream for delivery and made the peanut butter cup one a large for an extra fee…. The size of this for paying $12 is the same amount of ice cream and extras as I would get as a regular size. Not very happy

Bought triple chocolate shake and it had a good flavor but was like drinking chocolate water It was so thin and runny.
Who ever made that had to notice the disaster they were serving and that makes it even worse.

It is fantastic! I had the chocolate and peanut butter ice cream scoop. My granddaughter had a kid scoop of vanilla with rainbow sprinkles and it was the perfect size for her. Highly recommend this location as well.

Came here superbowl Sunday at 8:57pm. Drove through the drive-thru and the gentleman says, "Just so you know, we're closing in 2 minutes." I had seen on my phone that it was suppose to be open until 9:30pm so I was just like, ok... and he said that they were closing early for superbowl. I said ok, is it too late for me to order an ice cream? And he responded "Uh yeah, kind of." So, I laughed and drove away.
