Horrible service. We had to go to the bar to get refills of drinks and ketchup. The manager came out at the end and brought us cheesecake to make up for it but the cheesecake was already included in our meal... Will not return

The dining experience at the Outback Steakhouse was great. The food was very tasty, the service was excellent, our server was very warm and friendly, she was very attentive to our table, and made sure that we were very pleased with our meal. The restaurant was very clean. I would recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

We have fond memories of outback with great food and service. They are clearly understaffed. Spent almost 2 hours there and we didn’t hang out, they took forever despite the fact that the place was more than half empty. The steak was not cooked as ordered, so I didn’t eat it. I didn’t have all night to wait for another. No apologies, no acknowledgment. I even commented to one of the staff that the steak wasn't cooked appropriately....and nothing..... I left the steak cut up and uneaten on my plate. .... Terribly disappointed, will not return.

Food finally arrived after an hour and half. One order came out wrong. Other customers left. Multiple complaints to manager. He did comp the meal that came out wrong and offered a free dessert.

My family has gone to Outback in O'Fallon, Missouri since it opened. We enjoyed many evenings here having dinner but now this location is on life support. The restaurant is in very poor condition with rips in the seats. This Outback location looks like it will close soon. My guess is that the lease is almost up or the owner just doesn't care.

My wife and I went to here last night for dinner. We never had dinner because we waited forever and dinner didn't show up until we were walking out the door. The waiter is a nice guy who does a good job. I recommend that he finds a different restaurant to work at because this location is below acceptable standards for a restaurant. The manager last night was a young guy. He needs to find another job. He isn't meant to be a manager at a restaurant. He said the food was delayed because they had a couple of big groups. I have been to this restaurant numerous times since they opened. Last night wasn't that crowded. I have never had to wait like this in the hundreds of times that I have gone to Outback.

The owner of this restaurant should either sell this location or make things right. The seats need to be replaced. This restaurant is an embarrassment to Outback. The owner should have his franchise taken away if steps aren't taken soon to fix the problems at this location. This was once a great restaurant. It maybe could be again if the owner cared and did the necessary refurbishment of the restaurant and hired a manager who knew how to manage a restaurant.

Take a look at recent reviews at this location. Other people have had similar experiences to what we had last night. If anyone is considering going to Outback I recommend the location in St. Peters. It is newer and the management is better.

Service at the ofallon mo. OUTBACK out right sucks the waitress kept ignoring us had to dam near trip her to get her attention. On top of food taking forever at least 45 mins and after telling us they were just plating it up it came out warm at best almost cold . Just don't go there!!!!!

Horrible service. First time coming here and it was my Fiancés birthday. Last night, the waitress disappeared for half an hour and still hadn’t taken our order yet just appetizers that didn’t come til half an hour later. Mind you we were the only ones there in her section. I didn’t even touch my food when she finally brought it out I told her I was going to leave because I waited so long and by time I put my order in for the main dish and it get done that the restaurant would close. She tries to bring a whole manager out because I didn’t want to pay for the appetizer that I didn’t even touch and took half an hour to get there. I told her I would pay for my drink because that is the only thing I consumed and my fiancé only got water which is free. She disappears again and I got up and waited by the door for my fiancé to get done using the restroom so we can leave. Manager finally comes out tries to make a b.s. excuse as to why we waited for so long but it doesn’t excuse the lack of attentiveness, communication, or check in that we should’ve received from our waitress during that time she could’ve asked us if we needed any refills, given updates on what’s going on with our food or at least put our order in while we waited for the appetizer to get done. I explained that and told him due to all of that I wanted to leave and their technical difficulties that they were claiming shouldn’t be my burden. I get things happen in the food service industry but the lack of communication and transparency was ridiculous and unacceptable and in this situation could’ve been avoided. Most likely will not be returning and if I do it won’t be at this location or during that time of day.
