This is a small location. Don't see all of the breads and other baked goods when you walk in. The food is still good, though. My picky daughter even enjoyed the Mac and Cheese. The autumn squash soup in a bread bowl was phenomenal. I'm just missing some of the atmosphere in this location.

When things are going well here, the food is good. But more often than not, I end up having issues with utensils not being included, food being cold, sides not being included, or item customizations being ignored. This is the only Panera I've ever really had any issues with, and I suspect the smaller concept is to blame. Any other location I've been to has more people working, which seems to keep things flowing well.

They forgot my Mac and Cheese I tipped $2 on a pickup order never again
This location is 2 for 2 on messing up my order. The first instance on June 19 they put the wrong type of peppers on my salad and disregarded my customizations. I know mistakes happen so I ate it anyway and didn't want to make a big deal about it. However, today June 24, they AGAIN messed up my salad. They added additional ingredients that weren't included with the salad. Genuinely looked like they made up their own recipe. The only reason i am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they did remake the salad. However, the location needs to learn their recipes and learn to read orders correctly. 2 mistakes within 5 days.. i really hope this location can improve.

Main issue was missing/wrong food items. The girl at the counter was lovely, however the man I spoke to was unfriendly and short. Sad this location is so new yet so far behind on basic customer service and quality.
