This is a small location. Don't see all of the breads and other baked goods when you walk in. The food is still good, though. My picky daughter even enjoyed the Mac and Cheese. The autumn squash soup in a bread bowl was phenomenal. I'm just missing some of the atmosphere in this location.
When things are going well here, the food is good. But more often than not, I end up having issues with utensils not being included, food being cold, sides not being included, or item customizations being ignored. This is the only Panera I've ever really had any issues with, and I suspect the smaller concept is to blame. Any other location I've been to has more people working, which seems to keep things flowing well.
It was a disappointing experience. I expected
a restaurant like the others. Limited menu.
All food was packaged as carryout. No tableware or cutlery. Very few tables. Wasn't meant for dining in. If this was an experiment, it failed. I won't go back.
