That pizza LITERALLY taste JUST LIKE LITTLE CAESARS!! From the cheese to salty marinara sauce. What a WASTE! 1st time experiencing this, Papa John’s at least has a distinct taste and aroma to it. I would’ve been better actually going to LITTLE CAESARS or even purchasing a Frozen Red Baron pizza!! I would’ve saved $7

I used to enjoy this location's pizza quite a bit. Not only has the food quality fallen off a steep cliff, but getting delivery is also a nightmare. Their delivery person(s) never ring the doorbell or knock - they just toss the box on the ground and run away. So within seconds my pizza is swarmed with ants crawling into the box. And we have to tip drivers... why, again? Terrible service. I haven't ordered from here in a few weeks now, and I doubt I ever will again. Used to be pretty good for the price, but now it's just all around horrible.

Do not tip through the app only tip once the driver arrives. They are outsourcing their deliveries to DoorDash so when the subpar foreigner who barely speaks, English shows up to your work, they will refuse to follow the delivery instructions and only go to the front desk. they don’t know any better because they’re not Papa John’s delivery drivers. I would not have tipped that delivery driver if I would’ve known, he would’ve refused to follow the delivery instructions because he did not want to get wet. The way Papa John’s operated was the morning driver would come in and do all the morning prep work for the dinner work and in return They would get day deliveries Papa John’s is stealing that money from that person and giving it to DoorDash so that way the delivery driver can do all the prep work for the nighttime drivers.

If i could give a zero i would. I ordered a pizza on the 11th of February. They did not knock or let us know the food was delivered and it went cold. We called after to let them know that's not ok. They said they'll give a free pizza. Well, I look into my account and that was never reimbursed. Poor service. Liars.

This manager is amazing. My order on my end was incorrect. He made it right!!! Just great!! (I pushed incorrect buttons online)
Stop coming here cause they kept messing up our order. It’s been awhile . Tried it out again cause papa John’s has always been our favorite for our family. $100 in pizza and wings . Sauce barely drizzled on top of 1/3 of the chicken nuggets. Large pizzas with barely enough cheese we saw more pizza sauce than cheese . Every time we order extra sauces $2-$10 worth that we pay for are missing . Yesterday I even asked are the extra sauces in here. No mas papa Jon
