Ordered the meal around 4:15. I was told the food would be delievered by 5:15. 5:45 rolls around and still no food. I called the store to be informed I am waiting for a Door Dash driver to accept my order. I'm told my pizza has been waiting for someone to accept it, so it's been sitting there for a while. I'm told they the store won't deliever it.... Awful experience to wait more than an hour and be told they won't do anything to fix the problem besides refund my order.

We ordered ahead (online) for 3 pizzas to be picked up at 6:30 and it was not ready until 7:15. I sat in the lobby with another customer who had also been waiting for an order. 2 people came in and ordered while we waited and they got their food before us. If I had known it was gonna be 45 minutes, I would’ve gone home and gotten a frozen pizza, and made it myself but the front Lady kept saying 10 minutes.

We arrived and waited without a greeting. Everyone seemed to be working.* I left for a moment and was spoken to by Davonte, on their way out of the business door with pizza. Davonte assisted me. They were kind and helpful. The food was good and only Davonte's customer service was good.

That pizza LITERALLY taste JUST LIKE LITTLE CAESARS!! From the cheese to salty marinara sauce. What a WASTE! 1st time experiencing this, Papa John’s at least has a distinct taste and aroma to it. I would’ve been better actually going to LITTLE CAESARS or even purchasing a Frozen Red Baron pizza!! I would’ve saved $7

I used to enjoy this location's pizza quite a bit. Not only has the food quality fallen off a steep cliff, but getting delivery is also a nightmare. Their delivery person(s) never ring the doorbell or knock - they just toss the box on the ground and run away. So within seconds my pizza is swarmed with ants crawling into the box. And we have to tip drivers... why, again? Terrible service. I haven't ordered from here in a few weeks now, and I doubt I ever will again. Used to be pretty good for the price, but now it's just all around horrible.

Do not tip through the app only tip once the driver arrives. They are outsourcing their deliveries to DoorDash so when the subpar foreigner who barely speaks, English shows up to your work, they will refuse to follow the delivery instructions and only go to the front desk. they don’t know any better because they’re not Papa John’s delivery drivers. I would not have tipped that delivery driver if I would’ve known, he would’ve refused to follow the delivery instructions because he did not want to get wet. The way Papa John’s operated was the morning driver would come in and do all the morning prep work for the dinner work and in return They would get day deliveries Papa John’s is stealing that money from that person and giving it to DoorDash so that way the delivery driver can do all the prep work for the nighttime drivers.
