I had the worst experience with Katie. Her breath smelled really bad like alcohol & she looked like she was on drugs. Her service was lacking in many ways and she even forgot to give us silverware. When she brought us our main course she smelled like cigarettes and spilt Alfredo sauce on my elderly father.
Do better pasta house.

Linguini and chicken livers was always my go to here. Been a while, but they changed the recipe. Alfredo sauce was extremely watery, and very little chicken in it now. Price has gone way up, while portion has gone down. Service was very good. I was alone, and with tip I spent $40 and left hungry.

Carryout service is incredibly slow. 40m+ when it used to be 20m and the restaurant is empty. Staff is very nice and polite but doesn't solve the slow service.

When you order off the lunch menu your salad is included. Dinner time you pay dearly for an order of pasta and pay $12.97 for a grande salad and it’s the same size as a lunch one. Last time we order from here.
Husband said “How about Pasta House?” My favorite of all time. Our last experience at this location was not good however we decided to give it another try this evening. Our server was amazing, food was great. All in all we were very satisfied. So after a bad review previously, thought I would give them a nice compliment! Good Job Pasta House!

We went for a birthday dinner on a Friday evening. Surprisingly not busy at all which was nice. Food was good- highly recommend the rigatoni carbonara. The service was good as well however bussing the table throughout our dinner didn’t happen even though we stacked the plates and the cups were empty, so the table was pretty crowded.
Food was Excellent. The minestrone soup was better than I predicted and the salad was Great too! Our group of 4 were very pleased with both food and service. Hannah was an excellent Server. Thank you very much!
Not a fan. Avoid the Lasagna and the Chicken Alfredo. Forgot our garlic bread 3x, as in came to the table three separate times to ask if everything was ok, and garlic bread was requested each time. Then brought the check and said "just whenever you're ready, prior to bringing out our food"

Table was sticky, my husband ordered the Flamingo Chicken. It was raw, the mushrooms weren't cooked. Its like they didn't attempt to cook it. Horrible won't come back!!
