Inquired about an apple pie today. They got back quickly and let them know I would be there today. We got there and they saved an apple crumble for me! I ordered cherry pie for Easter dessert. The owners were friendly and helpful. The pie was beautiful with great sugar glaze and star cutouts. Everyone commented on how great it looked and how amazing it tasted! Even the crust was yummy! Thank you Pie On The Fly!

This was genuinely the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Called them in the morning with a unique request, Peanut Butter Cheesecake, for my wife’s birthday. They explained it wasn’t something that they had but could accommodate m request by adding peanut butter cream and Reese’s peanut butter cups on top … and they freaking nailed it. It was ready by 5 pm for her birthday dinner. SO good!
