Pizza Hut in Ofallon

“The manager is awesome and immediately corrected our problem. We called in because we were delivered 2 burnt pizzas (one side of each pizza) and explained we were certain they probably just got stuck in the conveyor belt and he was understanding and agreed this was the problem while sending us a fresh new order right away. He said he’d get them to us in 30 min and I tell you it was like 30 min on the dot. Great manager that did his job and wasn’t rude like ‘cough’ Papa John’s management. We’ll be ordering again because mistakes happen and he corrected the issue at hand and with kindness! I say 4 stars because the first round was burnt but the guy for sure gets 5 stars. This is what gets you returning customers. :)“

“Kudo's to the store manager Angel, and she truly was. I called with a large order for 30 people and as calm as a cucumber she took my order with such grace. Angel offered advice when asked on the best thing to order and how much, for so many people. I strongly recommend this store because of such a competent manager. Next time you're in the store give a warm "hi" to Angel from me“
