Pizza Hut in Ofallon

“The manager is awesome and immediately corrected our problem. We called in because we were delivered 2 burnt pizzas (one side of each pizza) and explained we were certain they probably just got stuck in the conveyor belt and he was understanding and agreed this was the problem while sending us a fresh new order right away. He said he’d get them to us in 30 min and I tell you it was like 30 min on the dot. Great manager that did his job and wasn’t rude like ‘cough’ Papa John’s management. We’ll be ordering again because mistakes happen and he corrected the issue at hand and with kindness! I say 4 stars because the first round was burnt but the guy for sure gets 5 stars. This is what gets you returning customers. :)“

“Kudo's to the store manager Angel, and she truly was. I called with a large order for 30 people and as calm as a cucumber she took my order with such grace. Angel offered advice when asked on the best thing to order and how much, for so many people. I strongly recommend this store because of such a competent manager. Next time you're in the store give a warm "hi" to Angel from me“

“Honestly, Some of the best customer service i've had. Not Just at pizza hut, but anywhere. I ordered at the wrong location, the guy was very apologetic, offered to (and did) call the other location to cancel my order and refund me as well as hustling to remake my order there. He was very charismatic, jelly beaned well with the townies in front of me and myself while we were all waiting. He then looped back to something i said off the cuff earlier prior to waiting on the remake of the pizza and told me to have a good evening. I'm writing this review because the customer service was just unexpectedly fantastic and professional. The pizza was actually way better than i expected to, did the Tavern style pizza for the first time and impressed with it. I never thought id be putting in thought to go back to pizza hut, but honestly it was impressive.“
