I would have given 5 stars for the food but the pepperoni pizza was really dry. Usually pepperoni pizza is usually very greasy at other places. We did really enjoy the sausage pizzas. The staff is very nice!

Just picked up a large pepperoni, mushroom pizza at the Ofallon pizza hut take out on highway K. Don't bother going there, you will be dissapointed.Ordered online, said 15 minutes., took almost an hour. Sat in the dirty little pickup area for over 30 minutes while the girl at the counter kept saying "it's in the oven"... someone else finally came out and said its been done for awhile, the counter girl just didn't see it.She apologized and offered some free soda (I didn't take it). She also said I could come back for $25 worth of pizza in the next 30 days. I said thanks and left with my pizza.I probably wouldn't have minded the mistake, except when I got home to eat the pizza, it was terrible. I ordered extra cheese, was hardly any cheese. The worst part is that is wasn't fully cooked. The crust was mostly just wet dough. I tossed it in the trash. Not going back even for the free $25 makeup pizza.Don't bother going there, you will not be happy. :(

Placed order for delivery via phone at 4:59pm and told we would have it in 30 minutes. At 5:48, we still did not have our order. Called back and 3 times the employee hung up on me. Finally on the 4th call got the Manager. She said our order was sitting there, they had no delivery driver. However, she would remake our order and have Door Dash delivery it. At 6:18, we got order but it was simply reheated not a remake. Manager also indicated she would give us a $30 credit which we will not use. This is second time something like this has happened to us at this location and we are DONE with Pizza Hut!!!

Multiple days in a row my pizza has been devoid of cheese, an hardly any sauce. Despite my special instructions to cover entirely with cheese, there's been huge sections of the pizza where either the dough is visible, or no sauce or cheese is present.

Wish I could give a 4.5 as it's minor inconsistencies in preparation that I ever have issues with. My store is prompt (usually early!) and the delivery staff are always very friendly!!
$20+ for ONE large 2 topping pizza and it comes flat, overcooked and dry, with barely any cheese. Stuffed crust barely stuffed. What is up with the world?! ?

Stopped by to grab a couple of pizzas at the last minute. They had it ready when it was supposed to be. The pizza tasted fantastic! The service was wonderful! Friendly people work there!
