They did not send part of my order and when I contacted them they did not want to send a replacement and the shift manager and the store manager, Katie, both hung up on me. I asked for the number for the district and regional manager number they both hung up on me.

Why is it every time I come to pick up a pizza at this location half the employees are standing around talking and not willing to help with the counter. The manager is the worst about making people wait while she talks about nonsense to her employees. Go to the Lake St Louis location, they pay attention to their customers standing to be served.

7/29/2025 - It’s $2 personal pan Tuesday but manager Mark tried to act as if he needed some sort of “permission” to honor this special. It’s disheartening and disappointing that paying customers who look like me (Black) are discriminated against in any way shape or form. Hopefully corporate will issue his a blindfold so he’s capable of treating every customer equally.

Ordered the big New Yorker with double pepperoni. It got here fast but this is what I got. Not cooked all the way. Every piece fell apart like soup. And where's the pepperoni? 25 bucks for this. No wonder I don't get Pizza Hut anymore

Great friendly staff, quick service, great food. I hadn't been to pizza hut for awhile. But, now I shall return and more often. Good stuff keep it up

I would have given 5 stars for the food but the pepperoni pizza was really dry. Usually pepperoni pizza is usually very greasy at other places. We did really enjoy the sausage pizzas. The staff is very nice!

Just picked up a large pepperoni, mushroom pizza at the Ofallon pizza hut take out on highway K. Don't bother going there, you will be dissapointed.Ordered online, said 15 minutes., took almost an hour. Sat in the dirty little pickup area for over 30 minutes while the girl at the counter kept saying "it's in the oven"... someone else finally came out and said its been done for awhile, the counter girl just didn't see it.She apologized and offered some free soda (I didn't take it). She also said I could come back for $25 worth of pizza in the next 30 days. I said thanks and left with my pizza.I probably wouldn't have minded the mistake, except when I got home to eat the pizza, it was terrible. I ordered extra cheese, was hardly any cheese. The worst part is that is wasn't fully cooked. The crust was mostly just wet dough. I tossed it in the trash. Not going back even for the free $25 makeup pizza.Don't bother going there, you will not be happy. :(
