I placed an order thru the app and it took my rewards point and a pending charge on my credit card but the app went haywire so I called the store and sure enough the order didn’t go thru but my rewards points are gone . The manager said I needed to call the # on the app which is fine. But we still wanted a pizza so since we were on our way home we stopped in to place an order. I explained to the girl what happened and she said I needed to call the # which is fine but I want to place an order. She just walked away and never took my order?!? And never came back to the counter nor did the manager ?!? The app is horrible and obviously the customer service sub par! I worked for Pizza Hut -my first job, and this kind of service would have NEVER been acceptable! Guess I need to find a new pizza option!

Edited review 5/26/25 - made the mistake of using them again. Pizza never showed up, called the office and was told they were using Door Dash to deliver. $45 fpr garbage pizza they cant even deliver. A $16.99 pizza comes out to be twice as much. Ridiculous and their price advertising should be illegal.

The manager is awesome and immediately corrected our problem. We called in because we were delivered 2 burnt pizzas (one side of each pizza) and explained we were certain they probably just got stuck in the conveyor belt and he was understanding and agreed this was the problem while sending us a fresh new order right away. He said he’d get them to us in 30 min and I tell you it was like 30 min on the dot. Great manager that did his job and wasn’t rude like ‘cough’ Papa John’s management. We’ll be ordering again because mistakes happen and he corrected the issue at hand and with kindness! I say 4 stars because the first round was burnt but the guy for sure gets 5 stars. This is what gets you returning customers. :)

I always have a great experience when ordering from this location. The store is always clean; the staff is always nice. The store manager squared me away today. I had a large order for my daughter's birthday and it was ready right away, and was super hot. He even threw in a cookie for her birthday. Top bloke.
