I always have a great experience when ordering from this location. The store is always clean; the staff is always nice. The store manager squared me away today. I had a large order for my daughter's birthday and it was ready right away, and was super hot. He even threw in a cookie for her birthday. Top bloke.

this is getting kind of very frustrating to me. I had ordered less than a month ago spend $60 for my sister birthday party and the pizza was bone dry like almost no sauce littlest amount of cheese. it was hard all threwout and very hard to bite down on. i got a store credit and the Manager said he would personally talk to the staff at night. i went and used my credit tonight and OH MY LORD. i ordered and i kind of got the ick snobby attitude from the manager and a staff member that was there. was told it would take 15 min so i waited in my car right outside the door and the 2 kept talking and then looking out to my car. one time would have been okay whatever but they did it several times within that 15 min wait which kind of made me uncomfortable. i went to pick it up inside once i seen that it was on the counter i walked in i haven’t even said anything and the manager said “ya it’s on the counter” and seemed agitated.i don’t know if it has anything to do with the fact that i paid for my order with a credit or that they just didn’t want to work there. it is very unprofessional while i was also there there was a delivery driver going in and out but it looked like he had his gf with him riding along with him and going back behind the counter she didn’t have no pizza hut uniform and was in booty shorts. i had eyes rolled at me by employees and gave dirty looks at by the manager and employees.i got home to realize that the pizza WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS LAST TIME !! VERY overcooked and little amount of sauce like barely any and not very much cheese. it was very very thin you can tell that there is hardly any sauce on the pizza.i have never had any problem with the pizza hut on highway K but i seem to have had 4 problems with this specific location.!i just will NEVER BE COMING BACK!!!!EVER!! this location is very unprofessional and rude and unsanitary.

Employees were all great having fun and laughing that's a plus anywhere.
Whoever was working 11/11/23 at 12:30 am, w Terra lane, did an amazing job. Remarkable, dare I say. The pizza was hot and ready as soon as I walked in the door. He put his heart and soul into this pizza and Cinnabon order. God bless this man, may he forever sleep on a cold pillow every night. Give this man a raise, I mean it.

I messed up my online order. I chose carryout when I thought I chose delivery. Someone from the store called within a half hour after I had not picked up my food. They changed my order to delivery, remade my order and had it to me before they estimated they would. Everything was hot and fresh. Appreciated this great customer service!

My Mild Buffalo wings were completely dry and they gave me a tiny cup of this gross tasting BBQ sauce on the...NOT Buffalo and it was even short 2 wings. So I called to have the right wings either delivered or refunded but the employee said he had the wrong number so it was my fault. I told him that this excuse still wasn't acceptable and he became rude and hostile. He then couldnt remember if it was delivery or carryout, asked for my number when i gave him the number he started with the excuses and bad attitude again. Realizing I was getting no where, I just hung up and threw the wings in the trashI will never order from this store again.

Awful, pizza was not cooked, delivery took 80 minutes. Cheese was not melted, crust was doughy. Save your money, pick up a good quality frozen pizza.
