On 4/9/24, a coworker and I were on our way to work. Stopped here to get food. Been here before, never had an issue. The problem was when I paid. The bald Hispanic guy intentionally put my change on the counter for me to pick up. When I paid, I put the money in his hand. So when I had my hand out to receive my change, it was placed on the counter instead.He only apologized after my coworker and I made a comment about what happened.

Ordered a nacho, the person only wanted to give me a half scoop of cheese. After the lady told her it’s two scoops, she proceeds to give me another half a ladle of cheese. I’ve come to this location before and they give me at least two full ladles of cheese and Ive aaked for one extra ladle it’s not a problem. The lady also asked me which cheese was regular, I told her I don’t know I don’t work here.

Please recognize this team for their awesome hard work and especially Michael for being so kind and helpful! He even made me aware that there is an app you can get to earn rewards which I downloaded before I left the store! Love this place!

The staff was pleasant and the food was delicious. The music was so loud we had to yell to communicate.
Horrible service. Food was not ready at pick up time and quantity was so little flow what I've ordered. Container barley had any chicken in it. This is not good service. I do not recommend this location.

I used to avoid coming to this location due to the management of the store not taking pride and always being out of staple items. I just gave the location another chance and it was the best experience I've had at a Qdoba in a long time. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make their cholula chicken sauce for me because they had just run out. The location was very clean and the bowls/burritos were very good. Keep up the great work!
