I love this location. I eat here at least twice a week. Tonight was rough. The fries were terrible and old. The burger was cold and the patty has obviously been sitting for a long time. The chicken bites were soggy to say the least. I’m extremely disappointed. Had to toss the food which totaled over $23. My review will change back to a 5 star if this issue is corrected.

There was a female Assistant Manager who was working by herself due to call-ins on 8/16/25 around 9pm. She was so upbeat and friendly despite her unfortunate situation, and apologized that there might be a bit of a wait. As it turns out, there was next to no wait, our food was fresh and delicious, and she told us she hoped to see our smiling faces at Rally’s again soon. That cheerful greeting and exceptional service is not something we are used to in the fast food industry. This restaurant and that assistant manager deserve five stars in my book! Keep up the great work!

Just went for lunch in between jobs. Google maps says it opens at 10 AM. Lady came to the window and said that they were not open yet at 10:05 AM.

Such a quick ordering experience at Rally’s! Ordered ahead and the order was ready for us when we pulled up. The gentleman who helped us was very respectful and courteous.

Rallys is great. I had the Smoky Bacon BBQ burger, which is absolutely delicious. Good greasy burgers are priced very well in comparison to many burger joints. The only issue we had was no ice. The ice machine was down. I will say that the lady informed us of this b4 taking our order, giving us the option to stay or not. I really wish for my taste buds that Rallys would return to Springfield. I do know that every time I go that direction, I am having Rallys
