Just went for lunch in between jobs. Google maps says it opens at 10 AM. Lady came to the window and said that they were not open yet at 10:05 AM.

Such a quick ordering experience at Rally’s! Ordered ahead and the order was ready for us when we pulled up. The gentleman who helped us was very respectful and courteous.

Rallys is great. I had the Smoky Bacon BBQ burger, which is absolutely delicious. Good greasy burgers are priced very well in comparison to many burger joints. The only issue we had was no ice. The ice machine was down. I will say that the lady informed us of this b4 taking our order, giving us the option to stay or not. I really wish for my taste buds that Rallys would return to Springfield. I do know that every time I go that direction, I am having Rallys

I came at 12:30am and Leslie said they were short staffed and that they closed early then she came back and said she did not realise they still had some food she could sell us but instead cooked wings for my son which she did jot have to do for us. I have always liked coming to this location Leslie had always been the the most friendly employee and the food is always correct and very good. This is the best location I have been to.
This used to be a really great place and we used to get our packages very quickly. Now the employees don't care at all. Please, whoever is in charge of this place should take this into consideration and we are not happy at all.

I used to love this place and then the new GM came and it’s rude and I had to threaten to call police before we go before she could make my food. Do not go here until they change management run away from this place like it’s the plague. Next time I’ll drive all the way to Saint Charles.

Please for the love of god MAKE FRESH FRENCH FRIES!! Literally just left there and the fries are very hot ….BUT …. So soggy and gross !!!!! Higher prices we need HIGHER QUALITY !!!!

Leslie is always so pleasant and such a hard worker. We saw that she was short handed but she still had a smile on her face. We truly enjoy Rally’s for the the food and the customer service, we will be back!
