I came here to pick up my pickup as usual, and when it got dark, a black guy at the window yelled in my face and told me to turn around to the loudspeaker and say I was there to pick up my pickup. I don't understand much English, so I asked him again, and he kept shouting at me, even though all he needed to do was hand it to me.

I used to love rally season fries. Apparently they now cook their season fries in the same fryer vet that they cook their sweets in. As a person who doesn't eat sweets, I did not appreciate my fries tasting like cinnamon sugar. Also thank you for the soggy burger bun and cold food.

I went there about 6 months ago to get a rallyburger. They didn't have rally burgers, they had a cheeseburger that isnt the same. I order a cheeseburger and was disappointed. I went back today hoping they have rallyburgers. They dont. I just left. What kind of a rallys doesnt have a rally burger.

Love the double mushroom and Swiss burger. Getting it Big Buford style is a challenge!! Wish they would put that on the menu!!!!! Their apple pies are the bomb!!!! Apples and caramel inside, then coated with cinnamon and sugar. I buy 2-4 every time I go there!!

Pulled into the drive-thru at 5:25 pm and nobody responded, no food was ordered.

Went through the drive thru only to have it take 20 minutes and after having to explain to the cashier 15 times what we actually ordered two combos with drinks. She hands us 4 drinks not sure what they are and is clearly having a hard time controlling her body movements… if you catch my drift. Had to drive around and get the other half of our order. Someone get her help.. food was great once we got it but whole experience made us nervous.

After ordering they had me circle back thru mobile pick up, which I would understand if I had a large order but I only had a #2 combo. Proceeded to wait for 20 min at the window. And the food is barely warm. How are you so understaffed that you can't handle a small lunch rush
