Had a great experience despite the circumstances. I called when they opened to let them know I was bringing a group of 10 at a specific time in the evening! I was told, “Thanks for the heads up.” When we arrived we were told it would be 40 minutes and there was one waiter. The Hostess even called another location to see if we could get in sooner. Servers like Destiny, Katie, and Sarah are amazing. The burgers were pink inside like ordered. They offer endless steak fries, and the Banzai burger and Royal Robin burger are hits. Their homemade ranch is #1. Special dietary requests are taken seriously, ensuring a decent dining experience.
