Well last Friday the 22nd I was craving a turkey burger. I placed my order and got home. The fries were flat, cold, and soggy.
My turkey burger was blah and plain. It didn't have the Chipotle sauce or the Red Robin seasoning.
I called and talked to the manager. I think her name was Katy. She apologized and said she would refund me for the turkey burger.
She said it was $16.69, and left my total after it being taken off to $17 something.
That was 5 Days ago and there still isn't a refund posted to my bank account.
I doubt I go back and I was a frequent flyer on Fridays.

Wow, this place has gotten extremely expensive! 100 bucks to feed a family of 3 one being from a kids menu.. come on now. The burgers are greasy and half the time they don’t get your order right. Super disappointed.
Yummy burgers. Fast service. This is our 2nd time going and we had a very good experience both times.

Red Robin is pretty darn good. I had the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was pretty tasty.

Came in before movie and couldn’t sit bar area and only had one waiter for entire restaurant. This is second location I’ve noticed don’t have enough workers.

Sat at bar for lunch. Food, service, and drinks were great.
Food was good everything was fresh except for my mother‘s chips they were really chewy, but it didn’t bother her. The waitress was OK. She did forget a few things but that’s OK overall it was a pretty good experience.
We love this place! We ordered a variety of food and everyone enjoyed their meals. We were there for a birthday and they gave us a free Sundae
Best Red Robin in town. Don’t go to any other locations they are not as good as this one!!!!
