I was in the area on vacation. I had heard a lot about Red Robin, so decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed - good service and great food. This is the only location I've visited and it was very clean as well.

Your app does not work correctly. I enter all of my payment information then it asks me if I want to keep this card locked in to my account no matter what I do I cannot get past that point. It would be nice if I could pay for the food that I order.

Celebrating my husband's birthday. New manager was over zealous, we had just ordered and had nothing in front of us yet, she asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Lol, no I didn't tell her just our food and drinks. Aaron got a birthday sundae. Wonder what they would have done if he didn't like chocolate or was allergic to it....

Service is great. They come around often to reload fries and ask if I need anything else, but not overwhelmingly so. Food here has made a turn around since a year or two ago. Pretzel cheese dip is one of the better ones I've had, and the burgers have that good mess.

Horrible experience we were the only people in the entire restaurant and bar and our server had so much on her mind she forgot my drink, skipped my wife’s order l. For $78 I would rather eat Waffle House. She asked us 15 times if we are ok. They turned the closing lights on at 930 when they are open till 11. Obviously they wanted us to leave but that’s fine we will and never come back to this location m. I even told the manager we won’t be back and he just stared as we walked out. Save yourself go to lake saint Louis this location should close. I was in restaurants for 25 years and this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had being I felt rushed and there was NO ONE here sometimes being friendly doesn’t make up for the lack of experience from the managers down to the server oh the manager came to our table while chewing his full mouth to ask if everything was ok. It is not I just didn’t make a scene.
