The woman working the window today just after 7 am MADE MY DAY. She was so friendly and laughing with me. She put me in such a good mood as I ordered my XL coffee to make it through my insane work week. I adore her and am so happy I was able to interact with her this morning. (Also so sorry I didn’t catch her name.) My drink and sandwich were delicious as usual!

The cold brews at this location are very inconsistent from one day to the next. This is not acceptable when paying $7 to $8 for a coffee. The one from this morning is terrible, and their ovens were not ready to prepare food. I was told the ovens were taking longer to warm up than usual. I don't believe that and believe the workers were late getting to work (the menu wasn't even lit up). I just started going there about two months ago, but I will go back to McDonald's and save $5/day.

I've never been as disappointed in a cup of coffee. And, I ordered a breakfast item that came out the drive through window in the same cellophane envelope it was microwaved in, too long though, and it was hard. Whew. Glad that's over

This is my FAVORITE place to get my frappe's! They're always so cheery and seem genuinely happy to be there. I have never had a wrong order, never had to wait in long lines due to mess up's and they always make me feel welcome and appreciated.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this location! The workers are always so nice and my orders are never wrong! The spicy sausage burrito and smores cookie are my FAV. And the XL Iced coffees are PERFECT for my 10 hour shifts. Other drive in restaurants, the workers always have a attitude problem, but here you can tell the workers are always in good mood and welcoming ?

The coffee is delicious! I love the turtle latte. Also, the staff always puts a smile on my face. This Scooters location is definitely the best one as my drink always comes out fast and made perfectly. I came through yesterday and the young lady at the window made my day when she complimented my hair (Which is graying so the compliment was much appreciated, LOL)

We've had Scooters locations popping up all over, but none of them are too convenient for me. I was near the one on Main Street in O'Fallon for other business and decided to stop by. I had the s'mores cold brew. It was absolutely fantastic, and the service was quick and friendly. I will definitely be back to try other things.
