My husband went in early afternoon to pick up smoothies we ordered online. They were out of straws. He tries to get the girls attention who is on her personal cell phone. She throws her hand up at him and says can’t you see I’m in the phone?

I didn't get her name, but there was a gal there who helped me pick a new flavor of smoothie. But I have trouble with maintaining my weight, and I washed something that would help give my body what it needs. And she helped me pick the right one and even offered to make something else if I didn't like it. Now that's good customer service! I ended up loving what she made the first time and thanked her again before I left. 10/10 would recommend. The store was also nice and clean. The floors were not sticky or anything. Will definitely be back to this location.

I had a great time at Smoothie King! I tried the Dark Chocolate Banana smoothie. It was rich, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. The customer service was excellent; the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere clean, calm, and perfect for a quick break or catching up with a friend. Definitely planning to come back again soon!
This was my first visit here. My daughter bought me a strawberry hulk and it was so good. My drink was good. But I was offended that the cashier threw my money in my hand. I did not look like a bum or a homeless person. If she doesn't want to touch people's hands she should put on gloves. She was not rude but this incident hurt my feelings .

Every time I walk in, it smells like fresh fruit and emotional stability. No chaos. No creepers. Just vibes, protein, and peace.
They blend those smoothies like they’ve got a degree in happiness. No long waits. No funky attitudes. Just boom — smoothie, smile, and out the door.
