This location is the absolute worst. Far too many times we have received a delivery order with wrong or missing items. I’ve reported it through the app every single time to customer service. Tonight the order came and it was someone else order completely and they packed it in the bag with my ticket. Talked to a “manager” on the phone and she said the lady with my order already had called. I had my ordered cancelled and i think this was the final straw for this location for my family. Dear owner, get better employees the food is too expensive to always be messing up!

We ordered an online order for delivery at 8:40. Our total was $40.40. We did not receive a sandwich or the cinnamon roll we ordered. All the food arrived ice cold. The Mac and cheese was supposed to have bacon on it and it did not. It also was sour and not edible. The French onion soup did not come with croutons or cheese. The grilled cheese was a joke and looked disgusting. All the food was not even edible and we threw it away for safety reasons. Absolutely ridiculous and will not order here again!

They need more associates, only one working counter while other one making drinks. Hats off to the really nice guy taking orders...over and above.
Parking: Parking is scarce unless walking is okay. Dangerous going from parking lot to restaurant. Lots of traffic in the area.

Good service at this location, but you have GOT to enlarge the drive thru entrance. It’s such a tight turn and so many people hit the curbs
This place is usually good and busy but today was very disappointing. Only a few customers in the place and I still had to wait 10 minutes past the expected time of completion of my order to get it and the food was cold and not fresh
