Order accuracy has been pretty bad last couple of visits. 25 minute wait in the drive thru to have a wrong order last visit. Snippy workers about a wrong size soup this visit. Bathrooms were haven't been cleaned in weeks kind of gross. The heart and soul of Bread Co is gone and this location proves it.

I order my food and got the wrong sandwich twice within 7 days. This is very annoying. I speed my money and expect to get what i order.

I Love St. Louis Bread Company. They have great food combinations. You pick Two is my favorite. Soup and half sandwich. Soup and a salad. You can even order two different half sandwiches. Try it!

The young lady at the counter was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful with placing an order for next day pickup for a work function. She made the experience so pleasant and hopefully Panera recognizes what an asset she is to their company and location.

Best Panera in O'Fallon and Lake STL combined. This location actually has staff that cares, always has food in stock, and the meal making team is efficient and mindful.

We ate there Saturday, 9/13, around 3:00 4;00. I had a half of sandwich, salad & an apple. Maybe 3 bites & decided to try the apple. Apple is on plate by the sandwich. A HAIR wrapped around Apple. Blond. That was it, I couldn’t finish sandwich its laying by Apple. I lost my appetite. Told 2 workers, they offered me another Apple or named other things. Told manager lady. All she could say is so sorry. I tried to explain I came in here to eat, lost my appetite with hair, & so sorry. Out meals totaled $30 something dollars so I guess I just ate the money. I wasn’t expecting a free meal but a little courtesy. Was I to lay new apple on same plate hair was on and sandwich touching? Very unprofessional & we will never be returning. Corporate might be interested in this one. Unreal.
None of them understood a hair on apple on plate. Like it went over their heads. Was I to wash my own plate off then continue eating? Very bad for a restaurant !! Manager lady didn’t even come look & take plate away!
Do you have to be trained for common sense?

The staff at this location are consistently patient and polite to customers. The food is always top-notch Panera quality. The restaurant is typically kept tidy throughout the day. This is a great spot to meet up with friends or sit and catch up on work stuff. Many of the booths have plugs on the walls near them, so it's convenient to work on a laptop.

You can't call it a caprese salad if it doesn't have tomatoes! Also, two tiny pieces of mozzarella does not make it worth the price. I essentially got a bowl full of mixed greens and some dressing.
