I travel all over the country for work. There is not another Starbucks that is more consistent in their quality of production nor the quality of their employees and overall friendliness. This location has always been the most friendly and always clean! I always look forward to my experience here. I’ve watched people walk in and lose their minds because they are out of something or took longer than the person had hoped. I’ve never seen the staff or management shaken up dealing with spoiled rude customers! Phenomenal job to this staff and management! ?

I have no idea how this shows 4 stars on average. Must be old rankings. Have gone to this location 4 times and it has to be THE slowest Starbucks in the US. I've been to Starbucks locations all over the country and even a couple in Canada, and they are by far the slowest. I won't sum up each visit, but one was a 45 minute wait on a mobile order for a simple latte. Sometimes you go into a Starbucks and it's so busy but it's organized chaos. When this location is busy, it's just chaos. If there's more than 2 cars in the drive thru then forget it. Assume minimum 5 minutes per car... Minimum! Management here obviously has no idea how to run a high quality and efficient location.

Frequently when I come through the drive thru I order a venti and they give me a grande. I have been patient each time this happens and just accept it and drink what they give me. However, after the second time of that happening, I always pause after I say venti to make sure they heard me. Today, the girl read back my order as grande. I asked her (while still at the order speaker) for a venti. She said okay. When I got to the window she quoted me the price for the grande. I made sure she knew it was a venti and she said she would just charge me for a grande anyway. What I got was a grande poured into a venti cup filled so tightly with ice that I could hardly get my straw into it. It’s also not the drink I ordered. I’m not sure she even listened to my order. It’s not like I changed my mind or told her the size was wrong at the window. Why couldn’t she have just changed the size and made it correctly? I guess now I need to start ordering it with no ice as well??? (Also on a side note - probably not wise to trade almond milk for oat milk without telling the customer as they may have an allergy and not realize you made the trade until they’ve already tried the drink) Very frustrating.

Horrible service!! 10 out of 10 times they’ll tell you your mobile order didn’t show up on the screen! 30-45 minutes for a drink is ridiculous!!

I went through the drive thru and ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato. Waited in line for 15 minutes....got my drink and pulled away. Took a sip and it was so disgusting. No flavor at all just straight coffee with cream. Drive back to get the drink I paid for. Waited in line 20 minutes. Got a new drink and guess what? Tasted exactly like the first one. Threw both of them away and won't be back. Seriously need some retraining on how to make specialty coffees. The girl was nice but had no clue.

Barista was super rude, never been before and she made me not want to come back. Talking about the drive thru customers on her headset to coworker, sorry I've never done a pickup before no reason to say "oh your orders been ready just turn the cup". Won't be back. 0/10 customer

How do you feel about waiting 30 - 40min for a coffee made incorrectly? That has been my experience at least 3 of the 8 or so times I have been here. The customer service is absolutely horrible.. when I order my coffee they act like it's an inconvenience for them. I've never had such a consistently bad experience at a Starbucks.

I went to Starbucks drive through today at 3:35 pm. I got my drink at 4:25 pm. I wish I was exaggerating. I’ve worked many customer service jobs in the past and am always extra nice to workers and understanding because I know what it’s like. I can’t think of a single good reason for why it took an hour for me to get my order. There wasn’t an insane amount of people in line either. By the time I was thinking “screw this” I was stuck between cement on both sides. No one said “sorry for your wait” and still asked for a tip when it was all said and done. I understand that it gets busier during the holidays as well but when I pulled up to the open window I could see that it wasn’t super busy on the inside and a couple workers were just standing around. Again, I know everyone can have off days but this was extreme. That was hands down the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered two caramel brulee latte, both came out not even close to full. I should have looked inside when I picked them up because they felt too lite but assumed it was due to the whipped cream. Except t these didn’t even have the whipped cream. I didn’t adjust the drinks, like removing item, only one of them I paid for an extra shot of espresso but it looked and tasted the same as the other. This is why I stick with mom and pop, Starbucks is a scam.

It shouldn't take 20 minutes or longer to get through the drive thru when there are only 4 cars ahead of you. Some days are good but others are not.

Just like the other reviews, I'm going to list the reason why this rating is so low. I travel all over the country and visit Starbucks everywhere I go. This is BY FAR the slowest location. First, let me say it's not the employees. They're busting their butts working in that store and almost every rating is really low (overall a 2 star) due to how slow it is there. The management of this store needs to understand there's a problem and work to fix it, or it'll continue to be terribly slow service. It's not an employee problem...it's a management problem. I've visited this location now several times because I've moved to the area and it's close. My first stop I thought would be fine getting there about 6:15am. I sat in line for 7 minutes and it didn't move an inch. So I had to leave because at that rate, it would've easily taken 45 minutes to get through the line. So next visit I prepared and ordered ahead and gave them plenty of time. The app gives an approximate time your order will be ready. It took almost 40 minutes from the time I ordered on the app - 25 minutes longer than what the app said. The store was busy and they had a lot of employees working, so that just blew my mind. Third visit I stopped later in the morning when there was one car in the drive thru. The employee was really friendly and the speed wasn't bad (wasn't as fast as you'd expect for only one car sitting at the window when I pulled up). I took my drink and drove off. I order the same drink every time, so I know exactly what it tastes like. After my first sip it tasted weird. I thought maybe it was me. Then after 2 or 3 more I knew it was definitely not made right. I was going to just throw it the trash. But at $6 for a drink I decided I was going back and getting it right. My 4th and most recent trip was this morning. Left the gym and drove over to see how long the line was at 6 am (learned my lesson already) and there was one car at the window, one car behind them, and one car pulling up to order. Then me. Again, I'm not bashing the employees, this is on management at this location. After waiting several minutes for the car in front of me to place her order, I pulled up and sat for several minutes myself. They didn't even acknowledge sitting there. At all other Starbucks locations, if they can't take your order right away, they'll tell you that and come back to you. Finally placed the order and of course waited several minutes to pull up to the window. When I got to the window, it was the same thing. They don't even acknowledge that you're sitting there. 20 minutes was the wait time to get my drink. I actually feel bad for the employees. The girl working the drive thru was making drinks while another was unpacking tea or something and chatting away. Another employee was just walking into the store. This was at 6:22...and the line behind me just kept growing. I'll continue to order here ONLY when there's nobody in line. But I know that will be very rare. I've learned I need to stop at my old location on my way to work when I want a cup of Starbucks. Hopefully the team can improve. The location set up kind of sucks, but that's kind of status quo for a lot of Starbucks locations today.
