Called today 9/15 to ask if something was in stock. Employee said no. I went there 10-15 minutes later and there were multiple in stock ! Lol why lie? So dumb.

I want to start off right off the bat that I am very happy that I don't have to go back to that place anymore. Because my experience with Starbucks had to be the worst. The staff and employees over there always mess up my order, the coffee ends up bitter when it's not sweet enough, and one of the employees are either annoying to me or have no sense of care for me or my mom. Not only this happened to me, but this also happened to my mom as well. For example: when I asked for a large iced white mocha made with almond milk, she didn't understand and just gave me hot instead. I should've stood up for myself and said, "I told you iced, not hot!". But I let it slide, unfortunately. Another example is that my mom ordered a coffee with a buttered crémant but ended up with a coffee instead. This was the final straw for me, and my mom and we are no longer supporting a place that does not follow simple instructions and messes up our orders. I am glad that I finally have the courage to stand up for myself and my family against a place that only cares about themselves and not the customers. I AM DONE!!!!

Use to be my favorite location. Not sure who does inventory but it's literally everything time I go they are out of something. Mocha, sweet cream foam, certain size cups, breakfast food. It's always something now. Sale projections and nightly inventory are a thing.
